I fell and broke my humerus right above my elbow. Had surgery to repair the fracture and have has awful muscle and nerve pain. My physical therapist placed a strip of this tape on 2 days ago. Not only has the pain gone way down but it’s still stuck in place. Cut my pain by 75% in 2 days!! Highly recommend!!

I had had knee surgery and was getting a lot of swelling. I had been taking anti-inflammatories, but they started to wear at my stomach lining, so I needed an alternative.

In addition to icing my knee after every workout, I have been applying this tape pretty regularly. If you clean the area of any body oils, the tape can last up to a week (unless it's rubbed off my clothing... jeans are not compatible, at least for me). The precut tapes are the perfect size for my knee issues.

I always thought KT tape was a gimmick, but after surgery, I had a bruise the size of my palm on my shin, and my PT put a lattice of KT tape over the area and the bruising cleared up completely within a couple days only in the area that was taped. It's not a miracle worker, but KT tape clearly has some effect in (at least some superficial) circulation. I wouldn't use it to "support" you, but it'll definitely help with muscle recovery by improving circulation in the areas it covers.

The KT Classic Cotton Tape was excellent at reducing the pain and supporting my biceps tendon. However, the reason for the 4 not 5 stars is that the adhesive was too strong and this strip never came off by itself. I had expected it to begin to fall off 2-3 days as had happened with one my therapist had applied. After a week I finally removed it and my skin was quite irritated. I will not try this particular version again. Perhaps there is another version that has a weaker adhesive?

I’ve been using this tape for many years to help my kneecaps track better. I can be quite active without pain as long as I wear the tape. I highly recommend using an adhesive spray underneath, especially if you’re working out with the tape on. Mueller makes a non-aerosol adhesive liquid with a pump rather than a spray. Works great to hold the tape in place. The tape will stick ok without the adhesive, but not as consistently.

The tape is remarkable. With my knee injury it is always in pain. I was sceptical but after using this tape it exceeds my expectations in not only providing support for my knee but with that has significantly reduced the need for pain medication also. There are cheaper tapes out there but the keyword is cheaper - they just do not have the performance that KT provides. They have also invested in providing instructions in the smaller quantity boxes and a remarkable web site with videos how to apply the tape properly, which is the key to getting the best performance out of each application. I have used this tape for maybe 2-years or so and still always amazed by the degree in support and pain reduction that it provides and helps in healing.
