Set up is pretty much idiot proof. I leave the lower straps adjusted to fit the vehicle length. Loosening or tightening the top straps to remove or attach the rack. Take less than a minute. Rack when not used sits inside the trunk. Compact size takes little space in the Chevy's small trunk. No loose parts to lose.
My private driveway and mile of "gravel" township road traveled to reach pavement are by any standards poor. Pot holes, dips, bumps, washouts and rumble strip sections make for a harsh ride. Concern for the bike's paint job & my trunk door resulted in couple additions to the rack. 2 sections of foam pipe insulation to protect the top tube where the bike attaches to the rack and a velcro strap to keep the front wheel from flopping around. Saris incorporates a strap to keep the crankarms from rotating and pedal bumping your vehicle. Rack so far has functioned as advertised. Securely attached bike to the rack. Rack securely attached to your vehicle on smooth paved highways to bumpy gravel roads.
Only couple issue so far. 1st is more due to the road conditions & type of (trunk mount system). Dust & mud kicked up by the vehicle's backwash ends up on the bike more so than a roof system. 2nd is bike security. The rack to be removed at least on my car requires opening the trunk ~1" to release the lower mounting clips. Bending the clip with a small pry bar or just cutting the poly straps would allow for quick thief of the rack. Locking the bike to the rack requires some form of aftermarket cable & lock system. But then the thief could just take the rack with bike attached. Will need to think of some form of locking system to reduce the chance of this situation from happening.
Update: I know longer drive a Sentra but I used this rack with my Nissan Versa Hatchback for the first time and I have to say I don't trust it at all. I tried to make it to the bike shop about 3 miles from my house and I was a nervous wreck the whole time. My bike weighs 32LBS and was apparently too much for it. Less than a mile down the road the rack was slipping and bending, a lot! One of the feet wasn't even making contact anymore because the bike was pulling too hard on the plastic. I pulled over to fix it and it seemed the straps we tight enough so I don't know why it was flexing so much. I am changing my rating to 2 stars because I don't trust it at all anymore.

Pros:
Really, really quickly and easily fitted to the car. Four straps with smooth metal hooks that fit to the top and bottom of the rear door (I drive a Suzuki Swift 2010 model hatchback). Big rubber feet mean it easily fits the back door of most vehicles without risking the paint work and is easily removed upon arrival.
Cons:
The anti-roll strap at the base could be better as even tightened fully it still allows the bike some movement.
The bike is held quite close to the car and with that movement it could potentially rub pedals against the paintwork; I supplement by padding the pedal with bubble-wrap or similar, but this means you must remember bubble wrap and tape whenever you travel.
There is no place on the rack that allows the steering on the bike to be fixed to hold the front wheel still. I've tried several ways and struggled. Because of where the bike then sits this means the bottom of the front wheel is free to swing around. To be fair; it doesn't much and hasn't caused a problem for me as yet after several 20 minute journeys, but on a longer drive I'd be concerned by it much more.
Overall: I'd definitely recommend it. For the money it's excellent. I bought mine as mountain biking is a new hobby and I wanted something cheap, cheerful and easy to use. I got slightly more than I bargained for with this rack, but it's not without some concerns. That being said, I'm impressed enough that my next rack is likely to be the Saris Bones which obviously is made by the same company, so they've obviously done a reasonably good job with this one!

I was concerned whether this would work on my Kia Picanto (08 model) as I couldnt find anything that said it would fit onto it. I risked it anyway as, looking at the various pictures, it looked like it should work ok. The rack fits just great. So long as the straps are adjusted and tightened properly there is no problem at all.
I was also surprised to see how well it worked. Once on the car I did wonder if the rack would take the weight of my bike. After a practice drive round and a few slight adjustments to strap positions on the car I found the rack to be very sturdy. If the straps arent tightened the rack does move a bit but that, I would imagine, could be said for all bike racks that are held on with straps.
All in all pleased with this. And it has the bonus of fitting into the boot of my car too (anyone who has seen the size of the boot on the Picanto will appreciate that the boot is actually quite small so may understand why its difficult to find things that actually do fit in there!)

Its a good carrier for the price.

It took no more than five minutes to attach the rack to the car (literally couldn't be easier) and get the bike onto the rack.
I have to admit that when I put the bike on I wasn't convinced that it was going to be stable. The rack was secure to the car but I didn't feel the bike was strapped on right. I had visions of it bumping around and slipping.
I was totally wrong. Drove all the way there and back and the bike never moved. It didn't bump against the car although I did have a cover over the pedal just in case it made contact with the boot.
I used one extra bungee cord and used the excess on the straps to tie the bike on.
It was surprisingly secure and the rack never moved.
I re-positioned the rack on the second trip so the upper feet were above my windscreen wiper and it made it even more secure.
I am now delighted with this rack. It lives in the boot of the car, ready to be used at a moment's notice.
