Misleading - read label details

Misleading. Not a "rust remover" but a rust "stain" remover for use ONLY in very specific circumstances & with LOTS of disclaimers. Essentially WHITE sinks & WHITE toilet bowls.

Also, judging by the grammar & syntax of the front & back labels, Whink may have a post office or something in Iowa, but they're owned by some over sea company. I'm doubtful of the "made in America" claim.

As for me this stuf is like total magic
I have never in my life seen any thing so amazing as this product I have a white jean jacket that I had washed in bleached it had metal buttons. Total disaster I tell u there was rust everywhere the button where I was hurt . Then I decided to go to YouTube and find out what could get out rust stains I was told lemon juice for me pure lies nothing seemed to worked . I thought to my self that I might have to dye my jean jacket . Well after trying everything and nothing worked I saw whink rust stain remover . I said let me give it a try we’ll today the 32 oz bottle came I took some and poured it into to the white cap use a Qtip and in seconds like magic I watch the rust stains quickly vanished before my eyes in lest then 2 seconds rust started quickly to disappear for real guaranteed this stuf is the most amazing product I have ever witness in my life. for real trust me you must buy this product. Does not work on concrete rust stains.

I bought this product to see if it could help me get rid of some ugly rust stains on my concrete patio. I used this product full-strength. I even scrubbed the rust stains with a stiff brush. After letting the product sit for about 10 minutes, I then used a 2,400 PSI pressure washer on the rust stains. One faint stain disappeared (a little bit). The other rust stains are still there. This product had zero effect on my concrete rust stains. Also, the instruction say, "Do not use on white bath tubs". Yet, it says that you can use it on white sinks. Does that make sense to you? In all fairness, this product does not claim to work on concrete. So, I don't feel good about giving only 3 stars. I'm simply telling you about my experience. Your results may differ. It may work well for your needs. But, I plan to return it.
Update: This item on non-returnable. So, I now have 32 ounces of "rust stain remover" that I may never use.

This is the only product I can find that will clean my bathroom. We have a lot minerals, including iron in our water that makes the tub, toilet and sink look rusty. There is nothing that makes a bathroom look worse than rust stains. This just melts the ugly, rusty, color away on contact. I don't even have to scrub. I squirt or spray it and when it has done all the work, I rinse and I am on to something else. I was lost when my local store no longer cared it. For about a year I ordered from the company and now it is on Amazon, making all my shopping easier in one place.

All I can say is WOW! My husband and I are temporarily moving into an older home while we build. I have purchased about 6 to 8 different products trying to take care of some rust issues on an old, cast iron tub. The paint surface was in good condition but the maintenance had been neglected and as hard as I scrubbed I could not get the rust stains off. I read some reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. I squirted it on and the rust disappeared right before my eyes. I seriously couldn't believe it! The tub looks almost new! I will say that I also tried this on a cultured marble sink and it really didn't do a whole lot for it...the Iron Out worked much better. However, the Iron Out didn't do much at all on the tub.

I also discovered another great use for Whink. This house has and old, aluminum sliding glass door that was a MESS. I scrubbed it for hours just getting it clean...and then...poured some Whink on it. I watched the dark, stained aluminum turn shiney and bright. Who knew it would work on aluminum! I rinsed it off completely because I'm wasn't sure if it would harm the metal if left on for too long but the results were great!

I'm a major clean freak and like getting things spotless and looking like new in every nook and cranny. This has been a real find for me. After my original purchase of an 8oz bottle, I purchased (2) more 16oz bottles. I can't say enough good things about it.

Works great for well water toilet stains

I used this stuff to clean 2 toilets in a new construction where well water had sat in the bowls for 4 months. I had previously hand scrubbed with normal toilet cleaner without luck. This stuff is a liquid and can be squirted into the bowl easily, no mess. I let it sit for a minute and then scrubbed it with the toilet brush... VOILA, the stains are GONE! They were pretty bad, too. I'm really impressed with this stuff and would definitely buy it again for a similar problem.

We have at expensive White porcelain on steel sink with a rust stain that I have been trying to remove for months. I tried a lot of old-time remedies including liquid chlorine. The stain resisted everything. The bottle of Whink stain remover arrived today. One squirt, rub rub with a paper towel and the stain is gone! This stuff really works. Probably not good to put in your coffee though. I love stuff that is designed to do a single thing and work perfectly. I love this stuff.
