I was very skeptical because I have eaten the white rice noodles by Annie Chun for years. I have never been a fan of brown rice, but thought I would give this a try and I am so glad that I did! Great texture, easy to make and very flavorful. I struggle to eat with severe gluten intolerance and gut issues. These noodles are wonderful and I will definitely be purchasing them again.

I LOVE Udon noodles but I also love to eat organic and also I track my macros on MyFitnessPal and it can be difficult to track noodles that come in a loose pack. These make meal prep and tracking SO EASY!!!

While I can find these at my local health food store and sometimes in the grocery store, not only are they almost always sold out, but even when I can find them, the price is like $6+ for a package (which contains 2 individually wrapped packs of noodles). I was THRILLED to find out that these were available on Amazon subscription for around $20 for 6 which works out to a little over $3 per package - less than HALF what I can get them for locally!! I added them immediately to my subscriptions and couldn't be happier about it. I feel like each packet serves one if that's the crux of your meal.

The taste and mouth feel of these noodles is fabulous and the quality/consistency is spot on as well. I've never tasted an odd batch.

One of my go to dinners these days is 6 ounces of cubed chicken breast and 150g of veggies (zucchini or broccoli) and one packet of these noodles with a simple sauce made from 1 TBS Oyster sauce, 5 TBS water and a bit of garlic salt, onion powder and monkfruit sweetener to taste. I pre weigh and chop the veggies and chicken and keep them in bags so when it's time for dinner I just throw it all in a pan and a delicious, healthy dinner is ready in minutes! I seriously could eat this every day.

I seriously can't recommend these enough! And yes, I paid full price for them. Feel free to ask any questions!

A great noodle that sops up sauce very nicely and if cooked correctly taste very good. I would follow the cooking instructions quite closely by almost boiling water and pouring over the noodles in a large bowl and have them sit for 10 minutes. You normally get perfectly al dente noodles and they're never overcooked.

I'm on a gluten free diet and have tried all kinds of pasta. Some made spaghetti taste like refried beans, some like cornbread, some like garbanzo beans. These gluten free brown rice pad Thai noodles taste great. They're as close to normal wheat spaghetti pasta as I've ever found. The texture is just right and if you don't overcook them they roll around your fork like the real thing. Be sure you get brown rice not white rice noodles and follow package instructions on preparation. They're always in my pantry. Solid 5 stars.

These are delicious! Very easy to prepare. The noodles hold their shape when prepared. I have eaten these noodles as a part of a stir fry and as a side dish. There are four servings in each box. I have divided the noodles in the package inside to the box in half. This division makes two generous servings. I plan on making homemade chicken and noodle soup with these rice noodles. I have not found this brand/type in the local grocery store and I am pleased to have found them on Amazon.
