My naturopath suggested I take this to help fight an unknown virus my body seems to be fighting. I was having skin issues, sore throats without reason or any further production of that (you know you usually get a cold or flu with a sore throat, at least I do) for a number of weeks so it was suggested to find a product with reishi mushroom. Having no previous experience I didn't want to shell out a ton of money on capsules if it didn't sit well with me. On Amazon this product was $5 less than at Whole Foods so I took the time to wait for shipping and save the money.
It came as expected and well packaged. I started by taking after breakfast and after dinner. My sore throat is gone and I feel my body is a bit stronger. My skin issues are clearing up but still need some more time.
Now, the spray is quite pungent, it is like those Listerine strips, very strong and powerful so I would not recommend for small children as they would certainly not like the intense spicy feel that comes with it.
Having now added this to my herbal arsenal, I defiantly want to keep this on hand for cold and flu season for sure.
