    This thing runs like a cadillac. Smooth and FAST. The tone is crisp and clear, typical of steel reeds. It does lack some of the mellower overtones you get from brass/bronze reeds. (Say Trumpet vs Cornet). Bottom line - this is a GREAT instrument.

    I bought this harmonica in March 2019, and it initially played well. After playing it for two months, I noticed air leakage between notes. This progressively got worse to the point of being unplayable. I opened the mouthpiece and slider assembly and noticed that the comb had a black material on it that looked almost like a tar. I also noticed that the mouthpiece was mishappenened and the metals were pitted/corroded. It appears that this harmonica may have been worked on previously. I will try to contact the seller 'Harmonicaland' and find out what is going on.
