I have had this product for a couple of years now and I must say it's almost comical how bad this thing is. Adam Sandler could write a song about how bad it is. When I first installed it, I thought it looked nice and worked fine. The first disappointment was the two band EQ, as in treble and bass. That's it. No mids. But I figured, whatever, I can live with that. The second disappointment was that in most modes (including bluetooth) there is no clock on the display. You have to push a button on the remote to have it display a tiny little clock in the corner that I doubt can be read by most people without getting really close, but even then the time isn't correct. I set the clock one night at 6:32 PM, three minutes later it was 9:47 AM. The time isn't the only thing it forgets. It also can't remember my radio presets. Every time I have set the time or save my favorite stations, they are gone within 24 hours. Sometimes it even changes modes for no reason. I'll be listening to the Bluetooth and it will switch over to the radio. If I'm listening to the radio, it will unexpectedly change the station. A few months later, in the heat of summer, the glue holding the screen cover on (the clear plastic that goes in front of the LCD screen and kind of looks like glass) melted and the cover fell off. I got in my car to find it just dangling there. Once winter rolled around It started making a horrible whine whenever I turned the car on. This only happens when it is cold, but it sounds like a bad bearing or something inside the unit. Very annoying. If you want to listen to music then you have to wait about 5 min for the loud whine to stop. About 6 months after I got this stereo, I started noticing dead (black) pixel clusters in the screen. They have gotten bigger since then and are now about 1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter. Just two big black blobs in the middle of the screen. I have had this stereo for about two years, but if you saw it you would swear it's at least ten years old.
Update: Six months later and it no longer turns on at all. I've gotten used to quiet rides to work.
