I've been wearing these for a couple of years. Developed Plantar Fasciitis and spent a small fortune on various products, therapies, and special shoes. Finally was told "surgery". I don't remember what made me try these, but I felt the difference within a few days. I was pain free in a few weeks. Seriously, I am a fan. I reorder every few months. I'm on my feet a lot and they wear down.
My advice is this. Replace often. If you are using them for Plantar Fasciitis, don't wear shoes they won't fit in for a while. Don't go barefoot. Wear them ALL of the time for a while, then decide. After a couple of years I can still feel pain occasionally after going barefoot, or when I'm overdue to replace the inserts.
Try them. It's worth a shot. I have them in all of my shoes.

It has been a couple weeks and it's still working great and the soles are still in great shape. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from plantar fasciitis as this product actually works well in relieving pain. It also comes with a small exercise guide to help in reliving pain specific for people with PF which is quite thoughtful.

I have plantar fasciitis and bought these after reading various reviews online about them being a good budget buy. I have worn them for just over a week and the fabric top is coming away on both insoles (see picture). They may be budget end of the line for insoles for this condition but I’d still expect them to last longer than a week!
