Okay so I’ve been using Bass bamboo brushes for a while now and recommending. In the first pic is a comparison of the newest one I ordered from here and the one I’ve been using daily for at least 6-7 years that I bought at Whole Foods awhile ago. I had to buy a new one because as you can see in the second and third photo, it FINALLY broke down this year a few months ago.
I love the this brush and wish I could’ve just glued my old one back together but just caved and bought a new one and now I’m glad I did.
Bass must’ve changed their bristles because they someone feel even better on my scalp, feels almost like a massage.
I also highly recommend the style I got. I’m a Lefty and it feels ercgonomic in my hand

The wooden bristles seem fragile for someone that might have wavy or curly hair but I have straight hair so it is fine if I don’t brush too hard. You aren’t supposed to brush your hair too hard anyways because it creates split ends, so in a way I like that it seems more fragile because it trains me to treat my hair less harshly than I would with plastic brushes.
I like the stimulation from the wood bristles on my scalp, it feels really good, and stimulation to your scalp is healthy for your hair.
It hasn’t broken in any way, no bristles have popped out while combing it through my hair several times or brushing my palm against it. It feels smooth when I stroke it through my hair. It leaves my hair very soft. It takes out a lot less hairs per stroke too. You can see and feel the difference in hair.
I also received a tiny sample of Sunlabs Ultra Dark Self Tanning Lotion. I didn’t know this would come with it, so that was a nice little surprise :)
Overall, this brush is pretty nice considering it was under $12. Most wooden brushes are well over that price. So if you wanted to try out a wooden brush without fully committing to $20+ ones, you might like this!
