We've been getting this cheese for some time in the plastic jugs that are I think 2lb. Decided to purchase this case thinking it would be a case of jugs. Not so! It is all in one big bag so now am having to figure out storage. I may well have missed something in the description but the photo showed a box with a jug in front so my assumption didn't come from nowhere!

    I was tired of how expensive buying cheese topping for popcorn was in the grocery store so I started looking elsewhere for cheese toppings and this is what I ended with. Sticks well to lightly buttered popcorn and has good flavor, if a little sweet for my taste and in need of some saltiness.
    I have tried making a sauce with this powder for a more liquid topping but found it lacking in that use.
    By the way I reccomend using this topping mixed with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of cayenne powder for a fantastic topping.

    I make popcorn the old fashioned way - on the stove - and this stuff is great! It sprinkles well and I don't need much. I also use it to boost boxed mac and cheese because there is never enough cheese powder in those boxes. Even my cat loves it and tries to lick it out of any bowl it was in. Mind you, I don't encourage this activity and do my best to prevent it, but sometimes he is faster than me and gets to it anyhow. If I'm eating anything with this cheese powder in it it he'll try to get to the plate or the spoon. Container is good and seals well enough to keep the moisture out.
