This toothpaste is great. The after-taste is very pleasant and not too strong. Its a very slight mint after taste. The taste while using is also not as harsh as your typical mint toothpaste. It tasted pretty good and was less rough on the mouth. I have noticed that I get canker sores every so often (2-3 times a year) and that this stuff really helps me. I ended up using "normal" toothpaste for 2-3 days while travelling and ended up developing a canker sore during that time. I really do think that my body is sensitive to something in the non-SLS-free toothpastes.
Using this toothpaste has been the best change in toothpaste I have ever had hands down. Looking forward to using it forever.

I have used this toothpaste for years and it's always been great. I haven't been able to find it locally so I ordered it from here.
It arrived just minutes ago and I found: first, the bottom tabs of the box are cut off so there's not even an expiration date or lot number; second, there is no little safety foil on the tube of toothpaste itself. How can I trust this is not contaminated or expired or not on some recall list somewhere? I'm afraid this is going to have to go in the trash...what a waste of money!!

Not sure which ingredient is the issue but tried a different toothpaste (Davids) and the ulcers magically disappeared. Switched back and forth to confirm. Seems like the formula may have changed, this toothpaste is super foamy. Very disappointing to have to switch brands from this one that I trusted to be natural and not harmful.
