Beuatiful sound and easy to play!

Upon purchasing my Takamine P3MC I took it in to have the strings professionally 'lowered' and changed to a lighter weight as well as some adjustment was needed on straightening the neck adjustment to make this alteration work well. I did this because this is my practice guitar and I wanted the action to be as close as possible to my solid-body electric Fender Stratocaster. Acoustic guitars are inherently harder to play than the electric hard-bodied guitars, but that is natural as they are each a different type of guitar. If you do not alter this guitar you will still notice the tremendous and wonderful sound produced by expertly selected materials, including cedar top, as well as top of the line construction and finish. This guitar leaves nothing else to be desired as far as I'm concerned. It will be my 'keeper' acoustic as well as practice guitar that now closely matches the soft touch and feel of the Stratocaster electric.
