It makes noise, and it's a creeper from Minecraft - automatic five stars from my son, who sleeps with this at night. We originally bought this from Target (advice: buy from Amazon, NOT Target), and it had been squeezed and used up so much that it was just... disgusting (but my son really wanted it) so we bought and returned it. I'm much happier getting this from Amazon because it came new in the package, unsqueazed, and still very plushy. It is also CHEAPER than getting Minecraft things at Target, by the way! So, a definite win for us!
Lastly, as a parent, the volume isn't too loud or obnoxious. You really can't hear it unless you're up close, so this is an added bonus. The plush is easily squeezed to make noise, and it's cuddly (as far as creepers are concerned). Incidentally, kid will probably love you for getting it, too! However, a warning for those germphobe moms out there - your kid's neighbors will probably end up cuddling this plushie as much as your child will. For some reason, they can't seem to get their hands off the plushie!
The other thing? The blocky shape makes it easy to clean (WAY better than those complicated teddy bears).
