The Luxe Bidet Neo 180 is a cold water mechanical bidet featuring an additional feminine nozzle designed to aim lower and spray softer and equipped with a one-touch pressure lever and mode control knob for completely adjustable settings. During use, the nozzle drops below the guard gate and retracts when not in use. The Neo 180 features an innovative self-cleaning nozzle that rinses the nozzle with fresh water. The bidet comes with standard US fittings and everything needed for installation.

Self-Cleaning Nozzle + Feminine Wash In addition to the hygienic benefits of the retractable nozzle and guard gate, this model also features a nozzle cleaning mode to thoroughly rinse the nozzle. To activate nozzle cleaning, simply turn the mode dial to the right, then lift the water pressure lever to the highest pressure setting. This model features dual nozzles, a regular wash nozzle and a feminine wash nozzle. The feminine nozzle is aimed a bit lower for front wash and the spray is a little softer than the regular wash.	Nozzle Guard Gate & Retracting Nozzle The hygienic nozzle guard gate shields the nozzles and ensures the bidet is always ready for clean operation. The guard gate opens manually for access to the nozzles. The retractable nozzles only drop below the gate when the bidet is turned on. When no water is running to the bidet, the nozzles will remain retracted and under double protection behind the nozzle guard gate.	Designed to Fit Any Toilet Our Neo Bidets are designed to fit comfortably under standard toilets with zero gap between the seat and the bowl. Thinner designs in the market offer no advantage in the fitting of the bidet under the seat, as any interference with the seat is not the result of the thickness of the bidet but the result of the nozzle housing extending into the bowl. In fact, going slimmer than 9mm can take away the strength and durability of the bidet while offering no advantage. Our bidet will fit under any seat that a slimmer design can fit under.	Slim & Durable Design The Neo 180 comes with a slim and solid design and strong internal hoses which properly channel water and promote the longevity and strength of the bidet. Thinner designs in the market boast a slimmer design, but this can compromise the durability of the bidet due to a lack of space for internal hoses as well as general flimsiness. Our bidet, being only 9mm thick, is slim enough to allow for inner hoses and structure, while not being too slim to compromise the durability or function of the bidet. Great Product, Fits And Works Well

This is a great product that looks decent and discreet, functions well, and installs easily.

Please see the video that I made a video that shows in detail, the installed product, as well as the additional bumpers that many people purchase along with this product.

I do suggest that people purchase the "bumpers" that are usually offered on the same product page. They provide additional support for the toilet seat, though unless you have a wood seat, they aren't 100% required.

There is no problem with the cold water. It is not bothersome. The wash function is nice, and keeps the nozzles clean so you don't feel like you are blasting "dirty toilet water" on your rear end. (water is always fresh/clean)

My only real complaint is that the spray can be a bit intense if you raise the valve open completely. I suggest starting slow, and getting a feel for it.

After reading all the reviews I picked the Luxe Bidet Neo 180. I have never had one before. The 180 has a lever (vs a dial) and seemed like it would be easier to control.

It showed up just a little while ago...

INSTALLATION: Pretty smooth. Although, I recommend installing the hose to the tank BEFORE installing the bidet or you'll have to work around it. I don't have a lot of room around my toilet and I had to contort to get back there. I had to tighten a few things to get it to not leak.

PRELIMINARY TESTING: I asked my husband if he wanted to watch me flip the lever for the first time to make sure it didn't leak. (He isn't not convinced of having a bidet and eyes it suspiciously) While standing in front of it, I leaned over, pulled the lever and sprayed myself in the face. After some surprise dance moved I got it turned back off. He is still laughing. My shirt is still soaked. TIP: Sit on it to test or make sure you are on the "clean" setting.

ACTUAL TESTING: I was concerned that the cold water would bother me. Having a quart of water fill up the bottom half of your colon in 1.2 seconds really makes you forget the water temperature. Cold water is no problem. TIP: Don't turn it on full blast unless you know what you are doing. I'm pretty sure I blasted my bu**hole off.

Once I got past the learning curve everything was great! I think I'm really going to like this thing.

We have installed two of these bidets now. One is in our master bathroom, and one in our second bathroom. One toilet is the elongated type, and the second one is the standard size. Both fit on the toilets just fine. We did not need bumpers. I also purchased the metal t-adapters, and I highly recommend the Luxe Metal T-adapter with Shut-off Valve. We also bought the Bella Bidet Solid Brass Metal T-adapter, and used that in the second bathroom. The Neo bidets come with a white plastic adapter, but I didn't like that. The metal t-adapters are stronger, will last longer, and they also have the water pressure valve to control your water pressure. We found that full water pressure was too much for us, and so we reduced the water pressure using the metal T-adapter valves. You can also adjust the water pressure with the handle on the bidet. There are two controls on the bidet: one for turning the water off and on (the longer handle toward the front), and the dial for what type of spray. You can choose between the heiny-wash, the feminine wash, or the nozzle cleaning settings. This works without electricity. When it's all attached and the water is turned on, you pull up gently on the front control knob. The water stays on until you push it back down again. For lighter water pressure, pull gently, and then you can pull up more until you get just what water pressure you want. Then you dry off with one piece of toilet paper. I don't really like the feminine wash - it doesn't hit in the right place, the spray is wider and gets my legs wet, and if I'm not careful it sprays out onto the floor, so I am not going to use that setting. This bidet is going to greatly reduce our toilet paper usage, and increase our comfort. We live in south Florida, so the water never gets really cold here, so we didn't need to buy a bidet that uses hot water. The water is cool in the winter, but not shocking. You can buy a unit that connects to your hot water pipe as well as your cold water, if you live in a northern area with cold water. I have to emphasize that this doesn't take a strong person to install. You have to make sure everything is perfectly lined up when you are connecting the water connections, and do not screw anything on crooked. Then tighten it by hand. Then I tightened the three connections to the metal t-adapter just a little with my wrench. You can not use a wrench on the connection to the bidet, because the connection will break quickly, as it is plastic. If you tighten anything too much, it will leak! We ended up buying several of these, until we got it right. I also highly recommend that you watch several of the videos that Amazon customers have made. So, I love this! It is comfortable, and refreshing. I wish I had had this long ago! I particularly like the type of control handle this bidet has, just pull up slowly on the lever until you get the pressure you want, then push back down to turn off. I haven't seen this type of control handle on a bidet anywhere but on Amazon. (the others are all dials) So: 1) buy the separate Luxe metal t-adapter, and 2) line everything up carefully and don't tighten too much.

When i was looking up reviews of this product, i saw videos of the similar model which has a dial to control how powerful the water jet is. It looked fine, except it only had one jet for the butt. I'm a woman, so i just got this model thinking it'd be the same, except with two jets.

The problem with this truly terrible design choice, is that it does not have the dial with increasing degrees of jet intensity. It has a lever, which you're meant to pull back on once you select your jet setting. (butt or vagina) That sounds simple, in theory. But, it is impossible to just get a gentle stream. It either blasts you with 110% full force, or not at all. I'm talking enough force that it penetrates my orifice, and i end up taking a second to push the water out.

What's worse is, I'm an overweight woman with bad external hemorrhoids and a very heavy flow period. I'm probably the one consumer demographic that needs this product the most, and i can barely use it. The hemorrhoids are the whole reason I got this thing. But all it does is hurt me.

And as an added annoyance, about 30% of the time, when i stand up from the toilet, the side of my leg will somehow pull the lever up with me, thus dousing my genitals and clothing and floor and wall in toilet water.

I cannot, for the life of me, understand why they thought this lever was a good idea. Maybe it's cheaper to produce. My advice, even if you are a woman, just get the single jet model which comes with a dial.
