Cookbook = 5 stars. Product description = 1 star. Here's why....if you have the hardcover Superfood Kitchen cookbook do not buy this book. This is one of my go to healthy cookbooks; however, this is the paperback version of the hardcover book. The exact same book, exact same recipes...the only difference is a different cover photo and paperback. Sadly, the product description does not indicate that. amazon did refund my money. As for the cookbook itself - easy 5 stars. Great for anyone into superfoods, a lot of good background info and of course good recipes.

WOW I love this author / chef. All her books & recipes are delicious, easy & healthy. Highly recommend and I'm not even vegan!

I bought the whole Superfoods Series by Julie Morris and my life has changed for the better.
Quality over quantity.
As an overeater this is nothing short of an epiphany for me. When you eat like this, you don't ever need to gorge yourself, your hunger satisfied, your taste buds are satisfied, everything just clicked into place for me. My hunger pangs are gone, my body purrs, my mind is clear.
The food is delicious, the recipes are simple and the ingredients, for me anyways, are easy to find. I treat the superfoods like a precious collection now. Got some mason jars and every week I buy another superfood and experiment with it. I have a shelf with beautiful labelled jars of premium food and never feel like ordering in anymore.
This book series really caused a revolution in my kitchen and in my life and I am so grateful, SO GRATEFUL, that I found it.
