Perfect for, low sodium, low fat and one serving meal. I cook in home made bone soup, add shredded carrots, egg, dash of turmeric, and toasted sesame oil. Very tasty and quick (less than 5 min) ordering again. Wish I could get this on subscribe and save monthly order.
I should have read the reviews more carefully, but there is no spice packet.
Ramen is for me a very convenient food. I thought I was buying this in order to get a lower fat version of ramen. I frequently have ramen at work in addition to some protein. Without the spice packet, you can't exactly make these into a soup. What I got is a low fat but super inconvenient ramen. Since now I would be cooking with these anyway, there are much better, and cheaper noodles, e.g. soba. I don't understand the purpose that this is supposed to serve.
Different texture than Top Ramen noodles but a much better alternative. They almost remind me more of rice or buckwheat noodles in taste and texture. The case they come in seems like it was meant to be on a shelf in a grocery store. Each individual container has less noodles than Top Ramen. Probably about 3/4ths the amount of noodles. So far I've only tried them in soup but I'm looking forward to using them in cabbage salad.
These are perfect on nights im in a hurry. I only cook them for 3 min, I like my pasta al dente. Great with vegetables, chicken, olive oil and some spices.
This is a nice alternative to the other ramen most people purchase. It is smaller in size and you have to add your own sauce, but worth it. It doesn't make me feel crummy like the processed one does.
