Wrong product sent, but delicious quinoa
I ordered the Quinoa Blend and received the white quinoa with the wrong label. I didn't realize it until I opened both bags to pour into my half-gallon mason jar, so I couldn't return it. However, the quinoa itself is wonderful, cooks up fluffy in my little rice/grains cooker.I also ordered the red quinoa to mix with the white quinoa, and cooked some of it by itself. It's delicious and is a lovely color. It will work well in salads with chopped greens (especially Kale) and white cannelini beans or chick peas. I use quinoa instead of bulgur for tabbouli since I cut back on wheat products. It is a perfect, and healthy, substitute!I like this quinoa because it's sprouted, organic, cooks consistently, and has a good price point. I use only organic sprouted grains and nuts to maximize the nutrient benefits. This is a good addition to supporting my dietary choices.

Other quinoa hurts my stomach a bit and I just feel like I can't digest it very well. This is absolutely incredible. Tastes wonderful and is nice and fluffy instead of rough and hard. It makes me feel wonderful, there is so much protein it feels like I am eating a steak. Highly recommend this brand!

I love this product! Outstanding quality, taste, and texture. I do find that it takes a little more liquid and minutes to cook than what the package says... but not by much. Also not the cheapest rice on the market, but it's a trade-off for the nutritional benefits, which you can feel when you eat it (doesn't feel like a lump of starch in your stomach). If you're craving rice but want the nutrition, too... this is a great option.

I am not a fan of brown rice, but know it is far better for me, so I decided to give this germinated style a try. I love it. Rather delicate in flavor and cooks in half the time.

It was OK. I’m not sure I’m ever going to get it again. It was a bit weird.

Best. Brown.Rice.Ever!

This brown rice is pricey but it is the bomb. It tastes very nutty and has a dense texture that sticks together a lot. I use it all the time and that is because it makes all my rice dishes taste so darn good. Normally brown rice, to me, is kind of bland. This is anything but. I swear it is like eating nuts - that's how good it is. You bite in and it is chewy and flavorful and even better on day 2 or 3. I highly recommend this - it is loads better than the standard brown rice. Loads.

If you cook this properly using a rice cooker with GABA setting (takes around 3 hours today cooking time), it will come out smelling like butter. Yes, it smells and tastes like a buttery perfect rice, but it’s totally healthy. Amazing stuff
