This cost a bit more than other possibilities avaliable, but hey it's their frying pan so?? I was using a lid that didn't quite fit & it was steel so I could not see what was going on. I really like the ability to see with glass lids, plus I like the steam vent.

Replacement pot lid - improvemnt over the original
I have a set of cuisinart pans and broke lid for the 7" pan. This is a difficult size to find in replacement lids, but this one fit perfectly. It sits flatter on the rim of the pan than the original - see picture above - and has a wider stainless border than the original. New lid is on the left and original Cuisinart lid is shown on the right. But I kind of like the flatter look. And the new lid has a steam release hole in it while my original lids do not. Made rice yesterday and it worked perfectly - fits tightgly on the pan rim and no overflow onto the stove top. In fact I'm thinking of buying a couple more since they work better than the original lids. I highly recommend.

I ordered both 8” and 10”.
The good part is that the lids seems sturdy and well-made. The bad part is that they are significantly smaller than advertised: the 10” one measured around 9 7/8” and the 8” is around 8.3” instead of 8.4”.
I kept the small one, but 10” doesn’t work as it just slips into the pan so it goes back to Amazon.
