OEM replacement for Ford driveshaft yoke flange bolts

Perfect OEM replacement for U-joint yoke flange bolts on your Ford if you think the old ones might be damaged. Dims are: thread M12x1.75, length 25mm, head flange OD 18mm, 12-point 12mm head. These come with a dab of thread locker and work very well. Best tool is a 12-point socket like the Sunex 212zm if possible, although a strong 12-point combo wrench should work as well.

Reusing my OEM driveshaft bolts would save me money and get me back on the road faster, but for $15, its WORTH IT! It's cheap insurance to make sure my u-joint replacement job would be a complete success! My project involves replacing my original driveshaft u-joint which were factory Ford OEM. They were slinging up grease on the undercarriage of my 1998 Ford Crown Victoria. Even though the factory Ford u joints weren't completely shot yet, I decided to replace them since they are original and the high mileage of 140K. After replacing them with Spicer 5-1330X and using the new Ford OEM driveshaft bolts, my Crown Victoria drives like a brand new car!! the bolts stayed locked in place since I didn't torque em. Highly needed when you do a driveshaft removal for WHATEVER reason!!

These are good quality bolts. Note that some flanges have four holes that accept these OEM metric bolts, while the other four may be threaded for 7/16” or other fractional size.
These 12-point-head metric bolts fit the flange yoke correctly and give you the clearance to properly torque them. Sometimes the right part is the right part!

Bought a new aluminum drive shaft for my 1992 Mustang LX and these were a perfect replacement for the bolts attaching it to the rear end. By the way if you have a fox body Mustang switch out your steel drive shaft for an aluminum one. You will thank me. They are under 3 bills and one of the best things I have done to the car.
