I prefer this to other immune boosting products like airborne. It has natural vitamin C occurring in a fruit instead of the synthetic variety most companies use. I like it with cool water to preserve the vitamin content but the package says you can make it either hot or cold. It is slightly carbonated but it is a natural and small type fizz. The vitamin C gives it a tangy sour note that I like but might not be for everyone. It is expensive so I drink this when I am under stress, while traveling or if I feel like I am coming down with a virus.

Strong flavor but not enough packets for the price. Can be mixed with hot or cold water. Usually you get 20 packets for a regular tea but with this you get 10 packets. I was hoping to like it since I love all their mint flavors. It was a bit sour when I mixed it with hot water. This would make a great summer drink with cold water.
