He drinks it black.In his words:Robust, strong, flavorful coffee, great way to start the day!I do refrigerate these k cups, as the bottom of the pods are made of coffee filter type material, and I’d like to preserve the flavor richness.

The coffee has great flavor and consistency, but the lids on each individual pod are too loose. The slightly loose lid causes the flaps of the puncture points to block the flow of water sometimes, causing a diluted cup if coffee or even water coming out of the sides of the enclosure. Just a minor design change to tighten that seal lid would make a big difference. Thanks for reading.

I have tried many other supposedly "mild roast" coffee pods for Keurig- and this one is superlative. I wouldn't ever use a Keurig for home use- as I consider them a huge waste of materials and inferior in brewing quality/power to my Technivorm Moccamaster- but I take these with me when I am TRAVELING and I can use them at hotels that provide Keurig Coffee Makers in room. Hotels are mostly always going to provide an awful dark roast coffee- since that is what the brain dead masses and Starbucks think is the only way to go- so taking these pods assures me that I can stomach a cup of coffee while traveling. The pod is UNIQUE in its design because it has a mesh "easy flow" filter for the coffee and not all plastic cup! This also delivers more aroma and flavor, per the company website. AND the coffee is very high quality and not roasted to a burned state. Give it a try!
