    I bought this after my 1 year old granddaughter played with one at an indoor, commercial children's play area. Sometimes she plays with it very carefully tapping a key or two with her tiny fingers, sometimes she bangs on the keyboard with her whole hand or both hands.     I have to say I am very disappointed in this product. We have a full playroom of Melissa and Doug because I love the quality of their toys but I got this piano for my son because it actually had real piano keys and come to find out, the notes are all off and the keys are TERRIBLE quality. They stick so badly and some of them have absolutely no tension so they just flop down and don’t pop back up. Not the quality you expect from Melissa and Doug. Aside from that part, very cute toy, good size, nice and heavy. But I just cannot get over the fact that it doesn’t play right. Why bother?
