I thought this piano would have a better sound given the quality of Melissa and Doug
I thought this piano would have a better sound given the quality of Melissa and Doug, it sounds very out of tune. Relatively small for my toddler, she doesn't play with it very much.

I bought this after my 1 year old granddaughter played with one at an indoor, commercial children's play area. Sometimes she plays with it very carefully tapping a key or two with her tiny fingers, sometimes she bangs on the keyboard with her whole hand or both hands. We have been very pleased with the quality and durability of this toy piano. It is easy to play songs for her from the song book that came with it. She smiles with amusement as we play for her until she just has to take over. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend it to anyone considering a toy piano for a small child.

Where do I even start, this toy is fantastic! My children absolutely love it and I am very pleased with the quality and sound. My kids are 2 and 3 and both love to play it, and I think it is a great introduction to the sounds of the piano. The keys are just like a real piano and I like how the notes are color coded above so they can see the different notes.

This is a wonderful gift for children who love music. My grandchildren, ages 3 and 5, loved it immediately, and experimented with the easy-to-follow system of letters and colors. You'll be enjoying familiar childhood favorites on key pretty quickly, rowing your boat and jingling your bells. The piano is heavy and difficult for a small child to left, which I think is a good thing so it will remain upright and in one place much of the time. My family appreciated the absence of little pieces to step on! Oh, The Shapes You Will See At The Circus

Absolutely love this piano. It handles all the bumps and crashes to the floor. It’s easy to move from place to place. My kids LOVE the colors of it and of course, the sound.
I my complaint is that I had to write the letters on the piano because the paper insert didn’t last a day in my house.

I have to say I am very disappointed in this product. We have a full playroom of Melissa and Doug because I love the quality of their toys but I got this piano for my son because it actually had real piano keys and come to find out, the notes are all off and the keys are TERRIBLE quality. They stick so badly and some of them have absolutely no tension so they just flop down and don’t pop back up. Not the quality you expect from Melissa and Doug. Aside from that part, very cute toy, good size, nice and heavy. But I just cannot get over the fact that it doesn’t play right. Why bother?

Took this over to my 5 month old granddaughter and she loved it. It is heavy but a good heavy. She can grab it and pull up on it and it doesn't tip over. Well made! And it's even in tune! Yay!!!

I am in love with this mini piano. My 18 months twins love it more, the sound is not too loud rather perfect for small kids who don't know how to play. A beautiful looking piece that keeps them busy for long.
