Bought it for our son's 13th birthday and he loves it. Both he and my husband play and it is a beautiful looking and sounding guitar at a fantastic price. The neck and other components are even better in person than they look in the image. The built in tuner is a little gimmicky (my husband's words) but found frequently now. He prefers another tuner but said for now it would be fine for the kid.
My husband liked it so much... he said if he didn't have the one he already has, he would buy one for himself.

Hit or miss Indonesian quality..
Had to return as it had the notorious "lifting bridge." Sounded good for this level of guitar, but started to lose tune easily on low strings. Then I saw the bubble around the bridge. What a disappointment. I just picked up guitar again after yeeaars of hiatus and get a lemon. GoDpsMusic is no help with support, so avoid purchasing from this vendor. They are garbage.*UPDATE after multiple calls and much persistence, I was able to get Ovation's parent company to replace the guitar. GoDPs helped somewhat but you will have a lot of round robin talk from Amazon, GOdps and Ovation. The proof of purchase is what Ovation is looking for if you happen to get one of these defective guitars.
