One of my favorite things is that your character actually responds and interacts with people based on their personality. This makes the game feel more interactive and gives you more immersion into the character you're playing.
Another detractor for me was the whole oxygen and gravity addition. I found that running out of air constantly while be swarmed by enemies or trying to explore was really annoying; and while jumping extra high/far was fun, having items shoot around in an even more crazy, uncontrolled way was frustrating. My number one complaint with all three games is the item drops - why do they need to fly across the screen?! Just make them drop on the ground so you don't miss ones or lose them to the abyss.
Anyway, I digress. Overall, this game is a great addition to the series. I'm very happy with my purchase and looking forward to all the DLCs!
I truly hope that the next BL game takes place on a lush planet, I'm so sick of these dreary landscapes!
The big things new for me are the following. The 4 new vault hunters are the coolest yet. And have some of the most unique and fun skills out of the whole franchise. That alone is worth the 60 to me. Then you have the new weapons which include lasers. And the new cyro element which adds a whole new level to the game. Alot of the new uniques and legendarys are the best yet. And there's enough of new gear all together to try out to keep you going for awhile. And last but not least the big thing is the oz kits and low gravity. This adds a whole new depth to the game for yourself and enemies.
All in all this is an amazing game. Packed with hours and hours of things to do, gear to collect, and enemies to destroy. If you like borderlands or loot based games and rpgs in general i highly recommend picking this up. You wont be disappointed.
CONS:
REPACKING - Ok, there is some very lazy programming here. Most of the enemies are 100% recycled. This means they are exactly the same enemies, but with a different skin. A rose by any other name would....be a rose. I mean it's fine if one or two enemies are the same, but this is a vast majority!
MAZEY MAPS - The game is a little hard to get into at first, not so much because of the story, but because of the absurdly labyrinthine maps/zones. Even on the second play through, I found it easy to get turned around.
TEDIOUS QUESTS - It seems like more of the quests on this game are "Run to point A, run to point B- oh wait back to A- now to point C-now back to A." It makes for a lot of boring trekking. They still have the good ol kill this n that quests, as well as the hilarious tongue and cheek humor quests, but I'd say 40% of the quests are really tedious compared to the older Borderlands.
THE GOOD STUFF - so starting the game I was annoyed by the repackaging of enemies in a maze-like kinda boring zone, but here's what turned the game around for me:
-BUTT SLAMS AND LASERS: Two new components of the game, that make combat a lot of fun
-NEW CLASS BUILDS: I thought the developers did a good job providing new and intriguing ways to play the game with a diverse selection of classes with interesting skill trees. ALSO, they seem more focused on team play. Every class (I think) has a team based skill tree. While some loners may not like this, I had an awesome time playing this game with my husband (Athena+Law Bringer = much wow).
-FULL CIRCLE STORY: I was verrrryy impressed with how the story of BL2 was tied into the pre-sequel and how big questions get answered, but the end remains a decent cliff hanger. The character transformation of Handsome Jack is very well done and interesting.
-FINAL BOSS: No spoilers here. I just haven't had such a "crap my pants moment" since the bosses on the old NES and SNES games. Definitely a jaw dropping moment, and well worth the wait.

Anímate a jugarlo ;).
