Not unbreakable but maybe i misunderstood what that meant
I thought it said they can't be cut through and I assumed that it means that a dog can't chew threw them either. That's the reason I bought such expensive shoelaces, so I don't have to hide my shoes. But day 1 he chewed them in a few places. Granted not all the way but they're hanging on the outer thread. Also, they're stiff. I don't mind that, just pointing it out. Other than that - I like them. Look nice, seem to be good quality but def not $20 worth. I only paid that much because I thought they're dog proof.ETA just looked at reviews, lol should've done that before buying.UpdateThey have been chewed through. So, the only difference with regular shoelaces as far as dog chewing is he usually gets bored or whatever before chewing it completely through but then finishes it off some other day. So they did last a little longer. However, they don't stay tied in a bow, are always getting undone and I have to stop multiple times in the middle of the street with 2 dogs to tie them. I don't like these, it should be obvious by now :)

I typically see heavy wear on my bootlaces within a month, and by the end of the second month they break on me. I would replace them with "heavy duty" boot laces, and the cycle would repeat. These have lasted me almost a year and show no signs of wear. While they are significantly more expensive than any other lace I've bought, there is peace of mind that they will not snap on me when I need them. I see a lot of people have had nightmare experiences with these laces, but I have absolutely zero problems in regards to lacing and durability.

I purchased the reflective black laces. Unless you blouse your pants, however, the pants will cover most of the laces, rendering that feature useless. Tying a knot tighlty does take effort, and if I don't make sure I do it right the first time I end up doing it again later, which is why I give 4 starts instead of 5. I don't see me buying these again soon because they have held up so well, but if I buy another pair of boots I will replace the laces with a set of these.

Definitely seem durable. But the metal ends seemed to big for my boots eyelets and to remove them so they would fit. Also the laces are very stiff and don't like to stay tied.

Follow up 3/15/18 laces did not last. One already cut in half the outer cover of the lace from the eyelet on my boots. They seem like they don't like to stayed tied either because they are too stiff.

They lasted about 5 months, which is 4 and a half months longer than regular laces at my job. I work on a roof all day and am very active. Little disappointed.

I'm so glad I found Rhino Laces. I had been through 3 pairs of boot laces in 5 monthso.

These Laces are super well made and durable. The best part is how well they cinch and hold the boot closed, absolutely without slippage. And all this with a lifetime guarantee!

Whenever I get a chance I tell anyone about this amazing product.

These laces are TOUGH. So much so that they actually have a hard time tying. I reccomend the square Knot and tuck. The included Rhino loks are useful, but less practical. They have held up so far. Id reccomend these to anyone who CANNOT afford to have thier laces break during activity.
