TOAST crafts one-of-a-kind MacBook covers laser cut from real wood. These elegant covers help protect your MacBook from everyday wear and scratches, without adding excessive bulk or weight. You can choose from 4 natural materials: walnut, white-washed ash, bamboo or "ebony". TOAST covers are easy to apply, with a peel and stick application and guiding marks to help you align it for a perfect fit. Each cover has a durable, high-quality, 3M branded adhesive, so it will stay put on your device as long as you wish. However, if you should decide to remove your TOAST cover, no permanent adhesive will be left behind. While TOAST covers are removable, they are meant to be a one-time use product and are not reusable once applied. The set includes a top and bottom cover for MacBook Air models. Top, bottom and side covers are included for MacBook Pro models. TOAST proudly designs and manufactures all of its products in Portland, Oregon with 100% renewable energy. Beautiful! Really warms up the look and feel of the outside of my MacBook Pro.
**UPDATE ... while very beautiful, this is not built to come off ... so if it something happens, like it gets scratched up, or you want to remove it to put a more protective cover on your MacBook Pro, like I am trying to do .... this is a nightmare and almost impossible to remove.
Beautiful wood, great look and feel ... does not come off if needs replaced for ANY reason ... this is the reason for one star.
Do Not purchase.

I had only had the stickers on for one day and the small wood sticker on the right side (where my right hand brushes when I use the trackpad) is leaking adhesive goo onto my hand whenever I use it. The product photos make this look more protective than it actually is.

Update: A few weeks later the goo stopped leaking. The wood sticker case does look nice, but as I mentioned, is not very protective. Great for looks, too slim to absorb much shock from dings or drops.
