WOW super comfortable to play. Goes from sweet and innocent to raunchy and vicious with the turn of a knob. Very sensitive to volume and tone knob changes. Finish is superb, grain is beautiful, very light. It just does not get any better for the price! My second vintage modified model and third Squire and will surely continue buying more!

This guitar has great tone, but the frets are not calibrated well and the tuning is off. The neck also came with scratched. Thank goodness for a good return policy.

Would like to thank the person who assembled this guitar (sarcasm) - not only did they leave a piece of sandpaper inside of the body (so we had to play "Operation" to get it out) but they left a bunch of wax in the F hole that we had to spend an hour trying to gently remove without destroying the finish.
Now, on the other hand the person who did the electronics did a good job and the guitar sounds sweet.

This is an incredible guitar for the money. I read tons of great reviews, but wanted to buy one locally so I could play it first. I couldn't find it at any local music store, and one store said it looked like this guitar was on the verge of being discontinued, so he suggest I buy it online. I took a chance and bought it without playing it, and I'm glad I did. It sounds great and is easy to play. Only thing I don't like are the vintage tuners. With the hollow body and hb pickups, it doesn't really have the country tele twang of most telecasters, but I bought it for blues anyway, and it sounds great for that.

I needed a lighter weight guitar for my ailing shoulder and just bought the highest rated sub $300 guitar I could find. Was really impressed, looks and sounds great. Was delivered with new strings and almost perfect intonation.

I bought this item for my husbands birthday on November 27/19. When he spent time playing the guitar he noticed an issue with the Nut! We took it to a professional to get it checked. The Nut replacement is costing me $130.00. I don't expect any competition for this issue but I will NOT be ordering anything from Amazon in the future. Thanks.
