PROS: Makes games run smoother than any other outdated graphics card.
CONS: Size of the heatsink on the card which both of my new graphics card and the Creative Sound Blaster Z doesn't fit perfectly and well.
UPDATE: I'd decide to give this 3 stars due to the size of the heatsink and won't fit on some slim computers like the Dell Dimension 5100C. I had to return this and look for a new graphics card that has a slim heatsink or fan to fit both my Creative Sound Blaster Z and my new graphics card together. Although I'd enjoy playing games with this graphics card.

Perfect for media centres and other low powered machines that need to be quiet.
Not too suitable for use in single slots, I managed to install it in a single slot on my VAIO VGX-XL media centre but because it didn't have either enough clearance or ventilation it would over heat causing BSOD so I returned it without any issue for a full refund.
Before buying try to judge if you'll have enough space and ventilation for what I would describe as a 1.5 slot graphics card.
Installing was simple, assuming you have enough space you shouldn't have any issues.
I attach a few pics to show how tight this is in a single slot machine.
