Nice arm band and good padding but not for people with large forearms or biceps. This has an elastic band in the cuffs and it is tight digs into your arm and starts to hurt after a long period of time. Good if you have small skinny arms.
Medium doesn’t fit despite measuring, it’s too big and I am a medium pretty solid. I expected 2 sleeve. I mean I guess I should have read, but $25 for 1?! Crazy town.
