I bought a house with pocket doors and little closet space. There was no where to store cleaning stuff. The linen closet has a regular door so I put these grippers on the inside of the door. I was concerned because I hadn't used the command products on wood. I bought 5 grippers and have a place for my broom, swiffer, mop and my small electric broom/vac. I am using 2 grippers for the electric broom/vac because of the weight.
So far everything is in place and working fine. I feel so smart and organized!

Cane holder....solves a problem effortlessly

we tried many other solutions all failed ...this was brilliant. Yes $7 is a little steep. But it's new product price will likely come down when more are sold. If it drives you bats because your cane flops down...skip Starbucks and shell out the $7.

I've been using these for a few years, and I just picked up some more because I liked them so much. One thing to be aware of - since these gripper hooks sit right up against the wall, they work best for things that are flat and don't stick out too much. For example, if you have a mop with a large bulky head, it may not work as well as a broom that's more flat. I am able to use it for my Rubbermaid Reveal mop, but it requires a bit of manipulating to get it to hang properly. But otherwise, they feel very secure on the wall, and I am very happy with them!

Great Multi-Use hanger.

Generally I love command anything. I don't have to put holes in my walls, but am still able to hang products with ease. I got this product specifically for our camper, but I must admit I don't use it for a broom. Instead it holds a flashlight. It's great because it grips the flashlight perfectly and anyone who has to go potty, walk the dog, check that the fire is out, or any other reason one might venture out at night, they can just grab it from the wall. This saves me precious cabinet/counter space (which in an RV is limited) and also allows me to have a "place for everything" rather than just having a random junk drawer. My husband now wants me to buy a few more to go in our house too. It's great to know where the flashlight is in an emergency. We'll also probably get another one to actually hold the broom too! Thanks for this Command Strip People!

Great cane holder!

I ordered one of these broom grippers to hold my kitchen broom off the floor (to keep the bristles in better shape) and hung up on the back of the closet door. Been a couple of months now and it works well, so I ordered two more. I did clean/dry the surface well before adhering the strip to the closet door and waited 24 hours before hanging the broom up (in the gripper). I used one to grip my cane upright and keep it from falling on the floor when I am working at my desk. Worked so well I put another gripper for my cane on my nightstand too. I have arthritic hands so I had to practice using the gripper effectively (roll the handle in and out rather than jamming it in) to allow me to use it easily (without hand/wrist pain).

I tried to use one to hang up my aluminum snow shovel but the diameter of the handle was too big for the gripper unfortunately. Shovel might have been too heavy too? Specs say: will hold up to 4 lbs and 0.8-1.0" handles. Not sure what a 0.8-1.0" handle is. My cane measures 3.5" around and weighs a little more than 1 lb. The kitchen broom handle measures 2.85" around (OD?) and weighs about a pound too.

These are great! I bought two of them - one for my mop and one for my broom. Now my broom lives neatly attached to the side of my fridge, and my mop hangs on the wall of the bathroom, right over its bucket. Like this, all the water drips out of it, and it doesn't sit in it and get moldy.

It's super easy to pop the broom/mop out of this holder, and right back in when I'm done. And, like all Command products, I don't need to worry about how to get them off when I move, and want to take them with me (of course!)

Storage problem solved!

These exceeded my expectations. I had one of those racks with the "balls" that are supposed to hold the handles, well those last about 2 days. Don't waste your money - these hooks HOLD the mop and broom handles very well and are east to mount. You can also space them to best fit the tools you want to hang so the space is well used. At first I thought they were hard to push in, but after 2-3 times, they work great. Just need to be pushed in & out a couple times for some reason.
