Be aware of this listing. Toner may be incompatible with your printer. HP toners are regionalized (Rest of the World or Europe/Middle East/Africa).As for July 2021, this listing is poorly written in terms of an important technical detail:It doesn't mention if the toner is manufactured to be used in printers sold in Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMA) or if they are manufactured to be used in printers sold to the rest of the world (ROW).I bought a Cyan Toner cartridge (CF401X) using this listing and it didn't work in my printer. The error message said "Incompatible cyan cartridge".I called HP and the reviewed everything and concluded that my printer was configured as a ROW (Rest of the World) and that means it doesn't work with supplies mean to be sold in (EMA) Europe/Middle East/Africa. This CYAN toner (at least the one I got) was mean to be sold and use in (EMA) Europe/Middle East/Africa and only works in printers sold in Europe/Middle East/Africa.My printer was bought in America so it is incompatible.That is why there are so many reviews saying that this toner doesn't work or is not genuine. The toner is genuine, but it doesn't work in printers that have regionalized restrictions.The person/company that wrote the listing is not aware about HP printer/cartridges regional restrictions and should update the listing making sure to tell Amazon customers what region the toner is suppose to work in.My solution to the problem was to return the toner to Amazon. And buy this toner from a local supply store because I am not trusting this listing any more until it gets updated.I hope Amazon support or the Vendor takes note and updates the listing information to not keep misleading customers.
