Great Gift For That Person Who Wants to Watch Netflix But Can't/Won't Pay For It.

Introduced my parents to Netflix but they didn't want anything to do with it as long as they had to pay for the service. I bought them this gift card and they found it easy to use and started their account. Now they're watching movies on it a few times a week and they plan to pay for the service once their gift card runs out. They're retired so they get to enjoy Netflix more often than I do!

Netflix glitched when I redeemed the card, but the balance still appeared in the account.

Does work. Make sure you use the "pin" and not the card number when redeeming it. Netflix will not recognize the card number. I did get a bit of a scare on the redeeming. I entered the pin and a pop up asked for my zipcode. I entered that and hit enter and I was given the message that the card had already been used. I was about to contact Amazon, but thought to refresh the account page first. When I refreshed, Netflix showed that I had a credit minus the first service payment. So the gift amount did apply even though it said the card was already used. Weird glitch, but I'm happy in the end that the gift balance applied. This is more convenient than buying an actual gift card from a store. I don't like having a credit card on file with Netflix.

DO NOT BUY!! This did not work. I tried to redeem the gift card for my aunt’s new account in the US. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with Netflix customer service and they could not help me. The website said the gift card was applied and then kept asking for a credit card before the Netflix account could be set up. The whole point of buying a gift card was to not have to give them my credit card number in the first place. I just wasted $100 and still don’t have a working Netflix account for my aunt.

Honestly if I could give this zero stars I would. Please do not waste your time and money on this gift card. I bought it and went to go activate the card and the website where you go to see your card not even to start the process of activation was completely down...i called amazon to get it fixed or at least tell me what to do and I got the run around. They put me through to Netflix who said it wasn't their problem because I got it from Amazon. And Amazon said it wasn't their problem either. Needless to say I got my money back. Either this is an elaborate scam or an electronic issue that they have not bothered to fix in 5 years. Please do your research before you buy any of their gift cards and you'll see that most people have problems.

I was confused that when I went to the Netflix site directly to buy a gift card, I was re-routed through a link to purchase on Amazon. I was sure it was a scam, but fortunately I was wrong! This is the real deal for Netflix gift cards.

The recipient received the gift card and was able to easily redeem it. Netflix is a great gift for TV / movie watchers! Nothing to wrap, no clutter to clean up, and no worries about picking the right size!

Had a little over $25 that's just been sitting in my account for many, many months...my lil brother's Netflix was cutoff for a week or two and so was his phone. I texted his baby momma to ask about the situation and she took too long to reply. So, since my bro only had Netflix and Xbox for TV entertainment, and my nephew (who I love like he's my child) really likes the kids Netflix but is a little too young for properly navigating the Xbox. Well, I had thought it would be nice/cool of me to update payment info and add the gift card to the account which would be up-to-date for the next couple months.
