I purchased Cheesecake Factory eGift Card as a gift. When my daughter in law tried to use it, it would not work. Cheesecake Factory said it was not a correct code number and Amazon said it was. I had to end up sending her a check to pay for their bill and go through a long process of getting my money back from Amazon. No apologies from Cheesecake or Amazon. It certainly was not a pleasant birthday gift.

Was quite disappointed with this gift card! Went to the cheesecake factory, order from the menu and the food wasn’t hot! There were no prices on the drink menu, nor were they offered, which comes as a surprise when you get the check!
The aforementioned issue was presented to the manager, (who’s shirt was out of his pants along with his protruding abdomen, sloppily as if he just got off a long day at an office job), was rude, presumptuous and disrespectfully unaccommodating!
