I just used this for the first time and I love it. It works great for mini muffins and I'm sure it will work well for cookies. It is smooth and easy to use. It scoops just the right amount for mini muffins and based on that, I'm sure it will be just the amount I want for cookies. I love the grip, which is so easy to grasp. I use this scoop mainly for cookies and meatballs and it is just the right size for both. The silicon handles make it comfortable and easy to use. Lightly oiling to scoop also makes the job easier. Oxo good good grips make sturdy and good quality kitchen utensils but they are quite expensive to buy full priced so I only buy them when they substantially reduced in price.
