After reading all the great reviews, I was very skeptical because most most of reviewers received free headsets for giving a review. All this considered, this seemed like the exact headset I was looking for and the price was right. I received them on schedule. They had a near full charge when I received them, which was nice since I didn't have to wait long to enjoy them.

I first used them with the plugs that came with them, which were the medium size plugs. The sound was great! I was really surprised! The sound is better than my wired headset. The controls on the wire are great. There is no annoying flashing light like many bluetooth products have. Just a small light on the small, control part on the wire. I am able to control the volume, skip to the next song. Everything works great and I really enjoy it.

Then it came time to change the plugs, since I knew I would need the large plugs so it would stay comfortable in my ear. This was a bit of a struggle. I kept feeling I was going to break the plugs I was trying to removes. I twisted, pulled and finally they came off. Getting the large plugs on was another story. It was as small feat of engineering to get the large plugs onto the headset. Finally, after 20 or so minutes of working with them, I was able to get the large plugs on and have no desire to change them again. I am glad that the large plugs are perfect for me. The literally block out most all outside noise. Once the music is on, I am completely within the music. It is exactly what I wanted since I ride buses and trains each day to work.

The first time I had to pull back the cover for the charging insert, it was a bit of a struggle. There isn't any clear point of reference as to which side is to be pulled up to reach the charging insert. I simply ran my fingernail around the edge till it finally pulled up. Great! I was able to charge it.

Today I used the headset as I went about my business throughout the day. In the home, the range is maybe 15 feet before it starts cutting out. If I simply walk around the the corner into the hallway, it starts to cut out, which is only about 6 feet from the source. I have tried it on several devices and it is about the same on all of them. So range is not something you would be seeking from this headset.

When I am carrying the source device and walking outside, it works perfectly. I easily used it for 6 hours today and again, the controls are so easy to use. It pairs up very easy also. Tonight it came time to charge the headset again so I will have a full charge for tomorrow. This time the cover over the charging insert simply would not come up. Soon, it started to come apart. The top seemed to start peeling back but the cover simply wouldn't open up. I gave one last try and the whole cover just ripped off. Now the cover may remove easier, but it is no longer attached to the headset. I believe the cover is necessary to keep out any moisture. I will see how long it last. The headset is black so I can put a small piece of electrical tape over it to keep out moisture. I have to admit, this was a great disappointment to me and lowered my 5 star score to a 4 star score.

Overall, I am happy with the headset. I wish I could have received a free pair for doing an honest review, but I guess that is how they advertise. Someone has to buy them. I think the reviews are good and honest for the most part. This is a great headset, but has some engineering flaws. Like simply putting a place on the charging insert cover there it can easily be pulled up.

Great Product for Great Price

I got the product and used for 2 days now. Quick pairing and Awesome Sound Quality. I used this for Meetings and personal calls. The people on otherside were able to hear me well.

The Good thing about this Product is the additional accessories provided that Holds perfectly into ear and no falling. You can swing your head and move around and the Headset doesn't fall.

I kept this for longer calls and there was absolutely no pain or any irritation while wearing.

Great, stylish and a very good price

This was a very good price and had features that make the difference, like a light that tells you charge status, pairing status and etc. It also talks to you to tell you if it's turned on or off.

I purchased another, much more expensive set of bluetooth earbuds and the lack of these features negatively impacted my ability to use them. They have been gathering dust, because they were too frustrating to use.

I doubt these will gather dust.

Solid pair for the price.

I really like this product and it was working perfectly for about two weeks now. However, just before I wrote this today the buttons on the control stopped working and making that responsive click I was used to. I was about to leave a disappointed review. Upon further inspection, it appears that the cable connecting to the lower end of the control portion was slipping out a little. I pushed it back in and now it's functioning properly, but I'll have to use an adhesive to keep this in place.

Otherwise, it's a great pair of Bluetooth headphones for the price! The sound quality is great and the in ear spacers really hold the buds in place. I listen with these all day long at work and on my commute (7:00 am - 6:00 pm) and they usually have enough battery for 2-3 days.

earbud encasings are large/bulky

the encasing around each bud ends up being too bug/annoying to wear a hat over my ears, so that's disappointing. Otherwise, these would have replace my regular headphones.

Good headphones, need ear hooks - Update: Died after 1 month

Update 5/10/16: Had to submit for a full refund. The product just stopped working after 1 month of light use. The power button didn't turn the device off, so it just ran out of power on it's own. I tried charging it back up and the LED light that indicates it being plugged in didn't work. I left it overnight and in the morning, it still wouldn't turn back on. I was lucky that it died in time for me to return.

I thought this product is good. It does what it's supposed to do, which is deliver music from my phone to my ears. The sound isn't the greatest, but what can you expect for the price? I'd say the sound is crisp and clear with nice bass, especially for the price of the product. The issue I had with another BT headset that I returned (Photive PH-BTE70) was this crackling or popping noise whenever I put the phone in my pocket or in the armband I have for working out. The Mpow is definitely better in that regard. I have not experienced the "crackling" sound when my phone is in my armband. I have occasionally heard that crackling sound when my phone is in my pocket and I'm standing next to something, like a counter top. I love the BT feature as I don't have to deal with wires or the wires getting caught onto something and being yanked out of my ears. My only complaint is are the ear stabilizers. I really wish Mpow had the "ear hooks" as an option cause none of the ear bud sizes really keep in my ears and the stabilizers do not help. I'm constantly having to adjust during my workout, but at some point, I get a good fit so it lasts me a good while. However, hooks would work best. That's the only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5.

TL:DR - Good headphones for price; wish there were ear hooks to keep headphones in place
