The replacement mouse came today and it works great. Support was in constant communication with me and always replied within a reasonable amount of time. I am updating the rating to 4 stars for a few of reasons:
--Their support was amazing and very understanding. They didnt treat me like like their product wasnt malfunctioning and it wasnt their problem. They actually helped me.
--They shipped out a new mouse the moment they confirmed my Amazon order number. They even provided me with the USPS tracking number.
--The product they shipped out was not a refurbished mouse, it was a brand new one.
Their support is top notch and did everything they could to fix the problem - and that says something. I'd still recommend this product, despite my issues, because their support will make it right in the end.

Update: 6/14/2016:
I was contacted by their support and they'll be sending me out a new mouse. I've updated the rating to reflect their attempt to resolve the issue. I will update the rating/review again as soon as I get the new/functioning mouse.
UPDATE: 3 months later:
I've had this mouse for just under 3 months and it's already unusable. When I use the scroll wheel, it goes berserk. When I scroll in any direction, it rapidly scrolls up and down. Sometimes when I simply move the mouse, the page will rapidly scroll up and down as if I were trying to use the malfunctioning scroll wheel. Its recently degraded to where I can move my mouse, watch it start to go crazy, lift the mouse up and flip it over (to remove any possible input) and watch the page rapidly scroll up and down on its own. Replacing the battery doesnt fix it. Using another USB port doesnt fix it. Using another computer doesnt fix it. The mouse has become unusable in such a short time - and of course, it is less than a month out of its warranty.

I was looking for a wireless mouse to replace an old wired one. I thoroughly researched all of my options as I wanted to get the most bang for my buck. I went out on a limb and purchased this one. Aside from normal computing tasks, I also do a bit of gaming on the side and wanted a couple more buttons than a standard mouse. This particular mouse has two on the left side (where the right hand thumb sits.
Pros:
--It is a full sized mouse - not one of them small/cramped mini mouses.
--Effortless setup. I just had to plug the little micro receiver in one of my USB slots and it worked right away with no other setup required.
--It has cool lights that also help in finding it in the dark.
--The micro receiver can also fit into the bottom of the mouse for easy transport.
--The side buttons are actually different texture to differentiate them. The forward one has bumps and the rear one is smooth.
--The click sound is almost non-existent.
--It has the ability to have the mouse be on, but not use the lights. Presumably to save battery.
--It has a power save mode (which is arguably the best feature). If my computer turns off, or I havent used the mouse in a bit, the mouse goes into a sleep mode. I just have to click it for it to turn back on. Many other mouses require you to manually turn it off. This one does not - but gives you the ability to do so if you want (switch is on the bottom).
--Its very light weight.
--It comes in a nifty plastic/padded box.
--It only requires a single AA battery.
Cons:
--It does not come with a stock battery (a minor inconvenience).
--It uses the 2.4 GHz frequency to transmit the wireless signal. If you have a 2.4 GHz cordless home phone, the signals might overlap and your phone or mouse may not work correctly. I should also mention that most modern cordless phones moved into the 900 MHZ range to fix this, but some older phones may have this problem.
In the end, I highly recommend this product to people looking for a wireless mouse that has the option to be used as a gaming mouse.

Pros -
1. That mouseclick! This has the absolute most pleasent "click" out of any mouse I've used. It's so quiet, virtually not audible at all, however you can feel it in it. It could use a crisper "break" on the click, but overall it's fantastic.
2. Ergonimics - This thing just fits your hand, whether you are a palm gripper or claw gripper, it feels fantastic. It's a full size mouse, and not your typical small laptop mouse.
3. Finish - The matte black feels almost rubberized, and does not hold fingerprints.
4. Tracking - I've tracked this thing on my standard QCK mousepad, wood desk, leather tablet cover, aluminum laptop, and all have tracked fantasticly, I have not tried glass since it's non applicable for me.
5. Option to turn the lights off. I personally have never cared for the "flashy" gamer type mice with the crazy lights. I just want a decent looking dependable mouse.
Cons
1. Scroll Wheel - It works as a scroll wheel should, however compared to the quality on the rest of the mouse, it just feels ok.
2. Weight - It's a bit light in hand, I prefer a mouse to be a tad heavier, but this is strictly personal preferance.
Short Version - Buy this mouse. If you're looking at a higher end productivity mouse, but are concerned with the 80 dollar price tag on the MX Master, I suggest you try this mouse first. Amazing buy for the money.

When I first unpacked the mouse out of its nicely cushioned plastic case I put in a battery before I plugged in the USB to my Computer. I slid the switch to "On" with the Light Icon. The Blue LED's in the Mouse flickered for a split second but stayed off. I thought , Great the showy LED doesn't work. When I plugged in the USB receiver, The Mouse lit up! So it looks like the USB has to be plugged in and computer on to allow the LED to light up the Mouse! This is actually a good thing when you turn your computer off, The Mouse will stay lit unless you click a button or it will also turn off when it sleeps after 8 minutes of inactivity saving the battery. Since it sleeps automatically, I usually just leave the Mouse (unlit) on all the time. I'll have to see how long the battery lasts by doing this. When installing the Battery, It fits very tightly and it's a bit tricky to get it out easily.
