Blocks cell phone signal? Yes. RFID? Not any I've tried.

I own two of these and a Mission Darkness bag of the same size. These kill the signal for at least two cell phones placed in them (three would probably be too big for the bag.)
I've tested these on cards that contain RFID chips (like employer badges & RFID cards for Arduino projects.) They scan as well as if they were in a paper bag.

Consumer, be advised: Signal-isolating containers such as these are not a "one-size-fits all frequencies" solution. The frequencies of radiation that any container like this attenuates is limited.

Know what you want to have protected and choose your solution accordingly.

A fairly expensive "RFID-blocking" wallet I bought a while back proved to be mostly useless with respect to its claims.

If you have access to a reader, be it at the store, at your work, or even at home, try it for yourself. Don't just take my word for it.

I still value this bag for its functionality with cell phones, but try not to believe that this is a bag that blocks everything in the ranges it so broadly claims to.

This can comfortably squeeze in one Samsung Galaxy cell phone but don't expect to fit anything more in the bag. Looks to be well-constructed. Upon removal the cell phone searches for a network. Within thirty to sixty seconds it's back online.

One tip though. When a cell phone has a hard time communicating with the nearest tower it will step up the power. What this means for you is that you'll want to turn the cell phone off before you put it in the bag, otherwise your battery will be drained. After eight hours or so with no use or activity I've returned to find the phone anywhere between 0 to 40 percent charged. Come to think of it, if you're picking up one of these Faraday bags it probably wouldn't hurt to pick up a cell phone charger for the car as well.

Update: I've tested this over the past few days and find that in an eight hour span there's a battery drain of only 20-25 percent.

I have an AT&T "mini tower" cell phone transceiver in my office (due to limited network coverage). My phone had a solid 5 bars.
From right next to my mini tower, I dropped my Samsung Galaxy Note-II into the bag and folded the opening over - once.
I used my wife's phone to call mine.
It went straight to voice mail!
Taking my phone out of the bag, it showed "No Signal" and took a while to re-discover the network. Back to 5 bars.
Wow. This bag is really a Black Hole for 4GLTE frequencies and all the edge network and 3G fallback frequencies as well.

Wanted a bag for some key fobs and this did the trick perfectly. It is about the size of a clutch purse and if I really stuff things in it, it can fit a set of keys, my phone, some credit cards, and a passport. I tested it out by putting the key fobs inside the bag and holding them next to the fob sensor -- they didn't trigger the sensor from inside the bag. Also tried streaming music on my phone then dropping it into the bag, which cut off the music completely. I've used the bag every day for the last couple months and the velcro has held up well to repeated use. I wish the bag did not have obvious markings or text on it because it would look a little more minimalist/stylish without. I do like that this was made in the USA and that makes me more confident in the quality of the liner.

Perfect for keyless entry/start during camping & car-camping

I bought the Black Hole Faraday bag recently to use for keeping my key from communicating with my car during camping & car-camping. The first thing I did throw my iPhone 6s+ in there, rolled it up twice to the Velcro, and tried to call my phone multiple times and it went to voicemail each time. In fact, when looking at my phone it didn't even register that I had a missed call! This shows that it was able to block cell phone signals.

For the keyless system in my Subaru Outback, I put the key in the Faraday bag. First, I tried opening the door with the bag open and it blocked the signal (the opening was faced upwards). Then I rolled it up and of course it was blocked the signal. After that I took it out, opened the door, then put the key back in the bag & rolled it up. The car didn't sense the key! I took it out and immediately my car was able to start.

If you are worried that your key will drain your car battery when camping or car-camping then just buy this bag and put your worries to rest!

Worked Perfectly But Tight for 6in Phone With Case

This bag does what it claimed to. However it is a very tight fit for 6 in phones. All WiFi and cell signal went out once the bag was folded. I will warn you however that the metal mesh is exposed on the inside of the bag and might scratch a phone screen. I recommend placing the phone in a ziploc bag and then use this product. 4 stars and not 5 because of the overly tight fit.

Protect your EzPass

Works as advertised. No signal escapes or gets it. I put the EzPass for my car in it when it is being towed behind my motorhome. I tried all sorts of other solutions - wrapping in a anti-static bag, tinfoil, and putting it under the front seat. That worked for some pass readers but not for others. On a recent trip from VA to ME this bag save me the cost of purchase.
