Added to a PETG print. Used 32 so far, and all 32 threaded nicely and looked good. I screwed the first one up a little, didn’t realize they heated up so quickly, but it’s still good.

Not sure why everyone is complaining about threads being wrong and having to tap them. I suspect it’s the method they installed them.

I used a M3 screw that was 30mm long to install them. Screw it on to the tip of the screw, heat it, push it into the plastic and hold it there til it cools down, then just unscrew your screw and do the next one.

Works great for 3D printed parts. I design my holes 3.5mm. I use a long M3 screw to insert it. I heat insert with torch only until the shiny bronze becomes a little more dull then insert into part. Wait for it to cool while making sure it is oriented properly, then you’re done.

You get what you pay for and I knew that when purchasing these inserts. They work but are no the bet, some have inconsistent threads or were crushed but that's a very small amount of the ones I received,. They have decent holding strength in PLA+.

On the surface, these seem like a great price. Unfortunately, about half of the ones I tried to use were bent and wouldn't let a screw thread all the way through. A couple of them were broken, too.

And purchase again if I needed them. Just because of over tightening if you’re 3D printing as they will pull out.

The body of the insert was a little thinner than I'm used too but the threads are working well.

So many oval and misshapen parts. I thought I was somehow using to high a temp when inserting them and causing them to deform, but after testing several straight out of the bag I found they just came this way. I have to add a screw before I use them to make sure they will actually work when inserted and not ruin a part. Spend some more $ to get ones that work consistently.

If you're in the market for a tv antenna, this is the one for you. It works great and since you can rotate it you can tune in the channels perfectly. It comes with a mount so you can mount it on the wall of your house similar to a satellite dish mount. Just run the cable to the little box provided with the antenna and run another cable to your tv and Voila! Keep in mind that depending on your location you might not get the same results as I do but nonetheless, you cant go wrong for the price. If it doesn't work for you just sent it back for a refund.

4.0 out of 5 stars Funcionan muy bien, aunque pueden mejorar

I used these in a few of my 3D prints with no issues. A little overpriced but my local store had none this size in stock.
