I was really excited to try this because it looked so nice. I was wrong on almost every account!
Not only is it a small amount for the price, but it's not good quality.
-there is not a good oil to salt ratio, you lose so much of it because it just crumbles before you can even really use it. Super dry.
-it doesn't even smell good? I expected this stuff to smell amazing but it was super subtle from the start and not that great, and what's more: after having it for a little over a month, it smells terrible as I assume the oil went rancid. Oil does not go rancid in a month so I assume this was a pretty old batch!
-the salt is painful, whether it be the coarseness of the salt or the burning.
-it does not leave me feeling moisturized, just a tad greasy and mostly just irritated.
NOT good for sensitive skin at all.
I definitely won't be buying this again.

So dissapointing especially since the product has good reviews. Upon recieving it the product was already dry and smells old and disgusting. The description is also decieving as it makes the jar look a lot larger. Also very dissapointed I specifically purchased it hoping it would smell like lychee and instead smells like an old perfume. Highly dissatisfied.

Not a "scrub"

Firstly, I'd like to address a common complaint; it's crumbly. I think there's a good chance some of the reviewers don't understand how oils work. The scrubs need to be mixed. There are more solids in this than in other scrubs and I, personally, have had to mix almost the entire container with each use to properly blend the product. This is NORMAL for items mixed with oils, especially the specific oils in this scrub.

Moving on. I didn't have much of an issue with the crumbliness. It felt much dryer than other scrubs I have used, which are honestly very few. I'm a person of habit and this was a totally new thing for me to try. My issue with this product is that it does NOT scrub. If anything, this is a moisturizer and it's not a very good one in my opinion. I don't buy scrubs to moisturize my skin, although it is a nice plus and would, in theory, give me one less thing to do in my regimen.

The salts are melted or liquefied right away when they come into contact with water. You could end up using handfuls just to get the scrub effect this is supposed to have already. I see some people saying it makes them feel greasy and that is accurate. I make my own body butter and it feels similar to that but the moisturized feeling from this "scrub" is... gross. It's not an "oily" feeling you would get from using raw ingredients. It feels almost unclean. I can't pinpoint why it has this feel, possibly a poor ratio of ingredients or an ingredient simply not meshing well. Either way, I don't recommend it at all.

The only way I've been able to keep enough of the salt together is by applying it to draw skin with damp hands. So I have to stand in the shower with no water running, the open container and a cup of water to dampen my hands between applications. My skin is already high maintenance due to psoriasis so I don't mind having to take an extra step for a product to work properly but this isn't worth it and I will not be buying it again. It doesn't do what I need at all.

I will say though, it is great as a pre-shave and shaving cream replacement. I don't even feel the blades on my skin and it helps the skin retain moisture. I had no shave burn sensations or any negatives so if you're looking for something like that, give this a try. Otherwise, move along.

I got Keratosis pilaris and physician recommended regular exfoliation and mositurization. This is very nice body scrub that has exfoliating as well as moisturizing effect. After completing one tub of this product KT bumps on skin gas started disappearing. It's still visible but much lesser now. I will continue to use this product regularly. When You open the bottle, it feels like dry pink salt powder but as you rub on the body in circular motion, other ingredients like Lychee fruit essential oil, sweet almond oil, Jojoba oil Aloe Vera also starts showing its effect. While pink salt scrubs the skin for exfoliation, other ingredients moisturizes the skin at the same time. Final result is removal of dead skin cells and at the same time natural moisturization of skin. Skin feels smooth and clearer afterwards. Unlike other exfoliating body scrub, it does not leave skin dry but indeed well moisturized. I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend this.

When I received this scrub, it was a lot smaller than I expected. The scrub itself is actually loose salt and not really cream based. When you reach into the scrub, you really need to scoop it up with your fingers. Since it is loose salt I had to use a lot more of it. Due to the size and the composition of the scrub, it's something that you will finish quickly. It smells so nice and the oils added help your skin. I found it alleviates the soreness I have after I go to the gym.
