Was very excited when I got this set it all up and it was amazing. Great for gaming at about 70 fps on GTA 5 and Overwatch. Runs Autodesk Inventor amazing. If your looking for an affordable gaming or work PC definitely say this one fits.The added wifi receiver is a nice addition.

I have had this pc now for 2 months. NO problems since. Since then Ive put in two more fans and replaced the graphics card to a Rog Strix Gtx 1060 and added 32gb of ram. Its holding up great. There will be another update in a month! OK so now it is June 2017 I have had no performance issues, but i realize sometimes the front to fans rattle, that is because there are ONLY 2 screws holding the 2 FANS on. There should be EIGHT! It took me 6 months to realize. luckily I had 6 extra screws from ones I had purchased.My motherboard also is missing a screw in the top left. This is still 5 stars because prebuilt pcs cant get better than this unless you build one.

I spent weeks researching computer specs, deciding what I need to run powerful games at their highest quality while not breaking the bank, and comparing computers. This was a long-term buy for me and I knew that I wanted to find the right computer my first time around.

Turns out I failed to do just that.

My initial experience with SkyTech was excellent. Truly! I had requested red LED fans at the front of the tower and the builders customized the build before shipment with splendid communication. My computer arrived a day earlier than expected and I spent three glorious afternoons gaming with the best quality graphics I have ever seen. I was absolutely in love.

On the third day, my darling computer, whom I had named Valkyrie, refused to start. I tapped the power button and.....nothing. I check the cables to make sure that nothing is unplugged and try again. Still nothing. I research and wrack my brains for over an hour and eventually the front fans blink when I hold down the power button. I have done nothing to damage or harm the computer in any way. I know it could not have been a human error on my part.

I currently am awaiting a response from SkyTech (it is Sunday now; I received the computer Thursday night) and I will edit this review with an update on how SkyTech treats issues such as this one. Until then, I will determine my review a 3/5. While it worked, this computer was absolutely amazing. But three days of amazing graphics simply doesn't cut it for me.... fingers crossed for good news in the upcoming days.

UPDATE!

Good news! Customer service responded the next day and offered a number of options from replacing the power supply, fixing the machine, replacing the machine, or refunding my purchase. I decided to give it a chance and had them send me a new power supply, which arrived in four days. In no time at all, Valkyrie was purring like a kitten. I'm able to run high-quality games and demanding programs without issue and it's been just under a week with no crash. I would recommend getting a better power supply if you intend to do a lot of intense gaming or video editing, so explore your options with SkyTech before buying. Super happy with this purchase and 100% would recommend both product and seller.

A good product but service needs to improve.

As a pc the machine performs as expected. It is fast and the design is attractive. Quality components are used. What I do not like is the following:
1-the machine is very very noisy sounding more like a jet plane than a pc. The 3 box fans are constantly running with the sound increasing and then decreasing after a while.

2-the slots at the back of the case are not very well aligned with the motherboard so it takes some effort to push in the USB connectors.

3-the machine was delivered with a GIGABYTE motherboard but the accompanying manual and CD with the drivers were ASROCK. I've downloaded the correct manual from the GIGABYTE website but despite requesting SKYTECH to give me an online link to download the correct drivers, I still after now about 3 weekshave not received it .

I got this pc to play a few games and it does so very well. The games I like to play are listed below.

Games graphics set by GeForce Experience 1080p HD

Diablo 3 - 60 fps

Path of Exile - 60 fps

StarCraft 2 - 60 fps

GTA V - 30 fps (I restricted it to 30 Hz to keep it smooth it does reach 60 fps indoors and 30-40 driving and running. You can get higher fps lowering the graphic settings but the game looks amazing on the GeForce preset locking it at 30 Hz will give you smooth gameplay)

Cities Skylines - 40 fps

Overall very satisfied with my purchase. I recommend this pc for the great price and good performance. Only downside the rear fan is little noisy.

One thing I didn't realize was that it is also shipped with a mouse and keyboard, as well as a wifi connection piece.
