I love this yoga towel! I was so pleased that it was available again so I could order a second one! I use this for moderate level yoga for classes that are at 85-95 degrees. I haven’t had trouble with my hands or feet slipping. I really like the design on this. It is symmetrical and subtle. As a new yoga student, I find the markings help with my alignment. I wash it with my other delicates in cold water, pop it in the dryer for just a minute to warm it a bit and hang it to dry. It dries quickly and looks great! I like being able to wash it after each class so it’s always fresh. I do not roll it up with my mat. I remove it, fold it, and carry it home separately for laundering. I have a couple of other yoga towels, but this one is by far my favorite!
Gorgeous towel and stays in place for yoga. I have really sweaty palms and I tend to slide around on my mat so this definitely helps! Love the corner pockets to slide over the mat also! Only gave four stars because I did not get my spray bottle :(
My mat is made of pvc so i was slipping and sliding everywhere. This towel really works. I can finally hold poses with confidence. It comes with a spray bottle to dampen the towel. I would recommend soaking the towel with it because if you put it on lightly it dries quickly. It does not work dry.
I’ve recently started practicing Hot Vinyasa, Hot Pilates and Hot Barre. I got tired of renting mat towels from the gym and searched to buy my own. I absolutely LOVE this product. Instructions say to use spray bottle and get your mat a little damp before class. This helps keep mat in place. For Hot Vinyasa, no need to spray because of the humidity. I will absolutely buy another one very soon!
I love this! I started doing yoga and it was so frustrating that I couldn’t focus on the practice because my hands and feet kept sliding. So instead of buying an expensive yoga mat, i found this. I was able to hold poses even though I was dripping sweat. And then I can just throw it in the washer!
