Holy smack, this is the absolute best chocolate of my life, and I've tried them all. I've tried another expensive chocolate that also uses coconut sugar and it was so gritty I could barely eat it. This one is amazing, almost perfectly smooth. Even better than the ones that use Stevia! I'd only suggest this chocolate to true pure chocolate lovers. If you're a fan of cheap milk or dark chocolate this is not for you.

I've never had chocolate at this level before. And I've had a LOT of chocolate in my ol' life. The taste is so rich and full! The texture is actually smooth and almost creamy... that's not quite the right word, but I'm struggling to find another word for it; it is really, really smooth and yet solid. All other dark chocolate tastes like wax compared to this, and although that's just my opinion, that's the only way I can compare it. It's expensive and I wouldn't be able to buy this very frequently, but it is such an amazing treat for special occasions.

I have no interest in the list of chemicals in so many chocolates. These are clean and simple and I like the coconut sugar in the flavor. I've been getting just the Green Signature Dark, 72% but recently branched out into the Cashew and Salted Almond when the dark wasn't available. I like them all.

I have not experienced any variations in the product or any of the problems people have described in other reviews. I also expect that if I ordered these in July or August they might have ended up melted at some point in the shipping process. I literally stocked up at the beginning of the summer. I got some Tcho's once that had been melted and re-solidified. They looked strange but I ate them anyway.

These are my favorites but I also like:
Taza Chocolate Organic Mexicano Disc 85% - is a little grainy and unique
Tcho Chocolate Cacao,81% - great stuff
Hu Chocolate Bars Simple Chocolate - smooth and great
Milkboy Swiss Chocolates - Extra Dark Chocolate Bars 85%, its a different taste and has a bit more sugar

I love this brand. It’s so smooth and creamy and good. Also good for you in the grand scheme of chocolate. Chocolate is quite healthy. I try and eat one serving (even one square if I can but usually one serving, so 2 squares) in a sitting vs the whole bar. It’s a big bar. It’s also a good price for this kind of product. These are 5/6/7 dollars each at my local health food stores. So are the other paleo / Clean chocolate bars. Sometimes they’re more, 8/9 dollars. Sometimes they’re that much and smaller! Also the crunchy caramel by this same brand is fantastic. So glad to be able to get both by the case here.
