I purchased a single speaker early last year. The sound is amazing for a single blue tooth speaker, the battery life last forever, and not to mention the LED lights and water resistance of the speaker is why I purchased it.This year I decided to purchase two additional speakers, with the hopes of connecting the three speakers together. Unfortunately, the original speaker I bought was the exact same model as the two new speakers but the first generation. The original speaker could not establish a stable connection with the other two speakers. I contacted Pohopa and within a couple hours, was contacted by tech support. We concluded that because of the different generations between the original and newer speakers, it would not connect.I thought I was going to have to buy a fourth speaker if I wanted three speakers working simultaneously. However, I was more then presently surprised when tech support offered to send me a new speaker at no charge. This goes beyond customer service, and people say customer service is dead 😉.Last night I tested the speakers in my gazebo, and it sounded amazing. We were surrounded by the music. The lights on the lanterns nicely lit our sitting area. I tested the distance I could separate the paired speakers from the primary speaker, and it went well over 60 feet. Our friends were so impressed with the speaker and sound, they put some speakers in their amazon cart. Not only do the speakers work better than expected, they are backed by a company that fully supports their product and has tremendous customer service.

    Speakers are pretty decent for the price. Pairing to phone was easy as was pairing it with other speakers. The sound is clear with multiple speakers providing a surround sound. The speakers look great and the lights are a nice touch.

    We setup 3 of these speakers for our wedding in our back yard. The quality and range was perfect for our needs. We set one on each side, and one in the back behind the seating area. Now we have a great setup for entertaining and we are 100% happy with them. Normally I would want wired speakers so I didn't have to charge the batteries, but these are so easy to manage it really is not an issue at all.

    Wow I was not expecting the incredible sound quality out of this speaker. After reading many reviews I decided on purchasing 2 right away so I could link them up for better and louder sound by the pool. I also bought garden hooks so I could hang them on the hooks in my flowerbed. I’m so glad I made the decision to buy these. You would not expect these speakers to be so powerful because they are so inexpensive but they are, and the quality of sound is amazing. We enjoy listening to it by the pool. I also love the lights it looks so pretty at night. The setup is super easy and it comes with pretty good directions although I have to say their customer service is out of this world,my speakers came with a personal note from Jesse saying if I had any questions to just call him,I mean who even goes above and beyond like that anymore. I was having some difficulty pairing the two speakers so I called the number and left Jesse a voicemail after about 15 minutes he called me back and walked me through it and I had my speakers linked up. One of the best amazon purchases I’ve made.

    I reached out to Pohopa to discuss my issues and see if there was something I was missing or not doing to connect these speakers. They were VERY responsive to my concerns and have offered to send me a replacement which I am SO grateful for. The one speaker works great and has great sound quality for a bluetooth speaker and the lights are such a great touch when outside. I personally cannot wait to get the new speaker although my neighbors may not enjoy that ;)

    My husband ordered 2 of these speakers before xmas 2018 and I received them on Christmas. These were purchased for the sole use around our pool which December in KY was not the time to test them. We used them one time in early May and again on Memorial day and by the end or that day, one (the extension) quit working. I know the speaker works because it states that its pairing and today when I tried it AGAIN to see if maybe it was a glitch it still did not work. One time while I was turning it over to see if there was something I was missing, it played the music for a brief second.

    I purchased 2 speakers and have been very happy with them. We use them for music in the backyard. They work great! After 3 months one suddenly stopped working. I sent an email to customer service explaining the problem. They provided advise on how to trouble shoot it. The speaker worked for about an hour after troubleshooting, but it happened again. Because the speaker malfunctioned again, they sent me a new speaker. They also covered the shipping for the new speaker. No hassels, just a good company that stands behind their product. The communication was great. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I highly recommend these speakers.

    Compré 3 bocinas de estas, probé las tres, todas tienen un volumen demasiado bajo incluso para la habitación interior donde las probé, no servirían absolutamente de nada en un lugar al aire libre.

    Llegaron también mal empacadas, estaban dentro de una caja donde debían ir acostadas porque de manera vertical no entraban, pero venían verticales y la caja no estaba bien cerrada, los plásticos de protección que venían dentro de cada empaque individual para las bocinas estaban todos rotos.

    Estos productos son una pérdida de tiempo y no deberían estar exhibiéndose en Amazon.

    Esta reseña la hago meses después de la compra por que primero tenía que probar el producto para dar un punto de vista o recomendación lo más precisa posible.

    1. El tiempo en cargar la batería al 98% es algo largo.
    2. La batería le dura poco tiempo, apenas 3 horas con reproducción regular y 2 horas con los led de iluminación.
    3. Al activar el Bluetooth hace un ruido fuertísimo, molesto y lo mismo al conectar cualquier dispositivo.
    4. La compatibilidad de emparejar con otro tipo de bocinas es nula, no se puede.
    5. Cuando la batería se está agotando, hace un ruido fuerte de advertencia.

    Los materiales se sienten de mediana calidad, el diseño es bastante lindo,

    Algo costosa para el rendimiento que da!.
