This book isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

This book is a perfect coaster but as a source of knowledge...not so much. Chase takes very complicated subjects and strategies and oversimplifies what goes into them. For example, options trading. I was a floor trader for a number of years and options are not for people who are unsophisticated. They are complex and if you’re not careful, you can lose your shirt. The first chapter is all about writing a book and putting it on Amazon. While that is not impossible, the steps described in the book don’t seem doable. In order to get a six figure income, you’d have to write 100 books and sell them at the price you bought this book.

Wish I could get my money back on this book. First he makes it did do easy to make money. Write 100 books by using a ghost writer and then sell it on line. Seriously? The entire book is full of things like this less. So disappointed.

This is a great book on building passive income. Not only that the author gives you different strategies to generate passive income, but he also lets you know the required mindset to build the businesses. I think having the right mindset is at least 50% of the battle. His approach is very realistic. Bottom line: if we don't take action, no amount of information can help.

I am not even completely finished and am already working on implementing one of his strategies. Unlike other books, he really breaks down the details of each strategy so you can execute it. Would definitely recommend.
