As well made as our other name brand set
We were looking for a second small carry-on to go with our other 2 piece well known name brand set. And I saw during Prime Days that this 3-piece set was basically the same price as just the small carry-on so decided to go ahead and buy the 3-piece set instead. When we got these, I was surprised that they are as well made if not better made than the other name brand set. They are sturdy on the outside, with some very solid wheels and a very long sturdy handle. I think these will hold up very well, but we will see as the airlines don't treat them very well these days. They are clamshell with half of the clamshell closed by a zippered liner and the other half with a crisscross strap to hold things in place while opening. Very similar to our other set. Very pleased with the quality of these and they are going to be super easy to spot on the luggage carousel given they are very bright orange!

I bought this carry on in 2019 with the intent that it would only be a 1 season item, needed it for a busy summer. It’s 2024 and I have taken it on probably 50 flights and it has held up like a CHAMP. I’ve over-stuff it. I’ve walked with it for MILES outside, notably 2 miles through downtown Nashville. I’ve thrown it, dropped it, sat in it, taken it through mud, water, salt.

For the price, this suitcase is insane. I’m sitting on a plane right now realizing how much it’s been through. I don’t know a ton about luggage so my frame of reference is limited but if you want a tank for a good price, this is it.

It fits a lot of stuff, great pouch for shoes. The expander is awesome too. The zipper has held up, wheels too. I love this suitcase!!

Having lost my beloved nylon carry-on that's served me well for 20+ years, I thought I'd try this out as I was in a pinch needing a carry-on for a trip in 2 days time.

This is a sturdy little product, the spinner wheels are decent quality, but for my purposes it's not really optimal. I use my carry-on at my destination to pack heavy items (vinyl records) for hauling back to my hotel. The old bag would lay on it's back and I'd unzip the 'lid" (the top of the bag when it's on it's back) to fill it. With this new bag, I have to open it clamshell-style, which means to really fill it I'd have to put a stack of records in each half, and then somehow close it. It can be done, but for my purposes it's not optimal. The wheels on the old nylon zipper bag were more sturdy as well, but instead of the optimal "spinner" configuration, the old style bag had 2 wheels so you have to tip & pull. Not as convenient, but in the long run I think those old wheels held up better than these will.

So.... for what it is, it's a very nice bag, fits perfectly in overhead compartments, easy to wheel around, but the clamshell design just doesn't work for the specialized application I have.

Hice un viaje de unas 3 horas en avión y no sufrieron ningún daño al ser cargadas y descargadas del avión tanto de ida como de vuelta, luego anduvieron en vehículo otras tantas horas... hice lo posible por no maltratarlas entonces no sabría decir que tan buenas sean contra los golpes pero para el uso normal dan el servicio. Las recomiendo a menos que ya tengas malas experiencias con durabilidad de acuerdo a tu uso o al cuidado que tengan en las aerolineas que acostumbres. Creo que si acaso se me tallaron/rasparon ligeramente como arañasos delgados en algún lugar pero supongo que es mas o menos esperado depende de como la hayan arrastrado en algún lugar o si en algún vehículo las puse encima de algo que no me di cuenta, nada grave, sólo un poco notorio el tallón si la ves de cerca, porque como son semibrillosas cuando una parte de la superficie tiene un tallón pues se nota.

Es la primer maleta de este tipo que tengo, asi de carcasa dura y de ruedas de giro en "360", en ese sentido me parecieron muy cómodas de llevar y si se siente en general ligera de girar y pues de cargar en general también. Recomendado revisar bien los límites de equipaje de la aerolínea donde vayas a viajar para pesar bien tu equipaje y que en ese sentido puedas también adquirir la maleta más ligera que puedas.

De compartimentos me parece que tienen cuando menos lo necesario para acomodar todo en algún lugar bien separado de otros artículos. Hasta ahora me han parecido adecuadas por precio/calidad. Si estan más económicas que otras marcas top creo que bien pueden valer la pena.
