    item received works well when installed. it will be important to see how long this transformer lasts compared to the original item that came with the lights.
    Shipping ETA was grossly exaggerated as item took approx 4 weeks longer than originally stated during purchase. If you need this item in a hurry you may want to source locally.

    Did take a bit to arrive. Not really a problem. Price was right. Did a tiny bit of solder work to reuse connection from the lighting fixture that failed. My install was non-standard, so the rules don't apply there. As for longevity, who can say. The one in the fixture "dimmable" lasted maybe ten days. Plain switch on this one. And still going strong after a month.
