Sharp, Easy To Hold, Dishwasher Safe

I was concerned that these knives would not be very good because of the low price (compared to name brands). I liked that they were advertised as dishwasher safe because I do not like to hand wash dishes or utensils. I have run them through the dishwasher a few times and they are spotless. No rust, no pitting. I read somewhere that problems like that could be related to the brand and kind of detergent used in the dishwasher. That might explain why some people have no issues and others mention pitting or staining. I use the dishwasher's "Sanitize" feature so they are heated to 150+degrees - and no issues. I use Cascade Platinum detergent.

I like the look, the feel and the cutting ability of the knives. And so far (about 10 days) no issues!

The blade is not riveted to the handle so there is no chance of it becoming loose. I also like the serrated blade which is sharper so it will cut and not tear the meat.
