Not sure how long will they will last but who cares. They are great! Made cooking and cleaning by bbq so much better. Cooking small items would sometime fall in between the grill. This items helps so much that and more. Buy it!

I use a jerky gun for ground beef jerky on my smoker. Needed a way for the raw jerky not to fall through the grate. These work perfectly. Holes are small enough so the jerky doesn't fall through and it doesn't stick. Easy dishwasher clean up.

If you grill shrimp, fish, vegetables, diced potatoes...you need this. I have used stainless steel grill pans for years. Clean up sucks, worst if you forget it on the grill over night. These mesh grill sheets are awesome. I wasn't a believer. You get direct heat. When you have to cook large batches of veggies - this is a God send. All the veggies get chard, cooked evenly, not soggy, crisp and delicious. I don't eat veggies but wife and kids devour them. And grilling shrimp, scallops and fish in general - you get the char, flavor, and perfect texture.
Using it daily, you'll get eight months easily out it. So easy to clean. No scrubbing.

I have a small portable gas grill. The cooking grate has spots where the metal has split and I'm uncomfortable cooking food on top of those areas which leaves me with even less cooking surface than I had to begin with. I looked into buying a replacement grate but Cuisinart doesn't do that and they directed me to some 3rd party company (whose name escapes me). However, after checking them out, they don't appear to sell any replacement parts either (so if you're thinking about buying a Cuisinart grill, I'd be cautious about it). In looking for something else I could use, I stumbled on these. There lots of brands out there but this one mentioned you could trim them to size which made them attractive to me. I got them and first thing I did was try cutting one down to size: used kitchen shears and easily cut one down to fit my grill surface. Now let's cook something: I had some pork chops but in case this was a bust, I'll just grill one. Well it worked - or cooked - like a charm: no sticking and I was able to easily clean it with some soapy water and a dishcloth. I am thrilled to be able to use my entire grilling surface again.

Definitely non-stick. Grilled chicken, fish and veggies in my Weber kettle and nothing stuck. However, easy to clean? Not at all.

Tried soaking in soapy water, scrubbing with a plastic sponge, and dishwasher. Still black residue and the tiny holes are still filled with burned on residue. A tiny brush helped by threading it through each opening, but as you may imagine, that gets very old very quickly.

Contacted the seller for advice and they told me todo the things that had already provided ineffective, so still not clean. Seller the offered a replacement or a refund. I took the refund and it arrived promptly.

5 stars for customer service; 2 stars for performance.

I have a freeze dryer and often stack food in layers on one tray, with parchment paper in between. This works but these mats are far more efficient at leaving space for the moisture to sublimate out of the food faster. They don't stick to the food. I was easily about to cut each mat in half with scissors. Half a mat is just a little smaller than my medium sized harvest right trays so they work awesome for stacking layers of food!

I gave a 5 star for easy to clean because they are dishwasher safe. Doesn’t get any easier than that!
**Caution** When it says under 500 degrees it means under 500!!! One my burners is clogged so has a high yellow flame. I thought it was low enough but nope! Flame was touching the mat and ruined a section. Fortunately I can turn it sideways and still use it.
Aside from my own fault these are really nice and easy to use.

Dropping one star on my review. These are good but don’t really seem to work well on gas grills when cooking fatty meats like burgers. The flare ups are enough to ruin the non stick coating.
