I continue to purchase this tape and recommend it. I have gone through trial and error of many different kinds of KT tape over the years and found this tape to work the best for me. If you're looking for kinesiology tape that's easy to apply, bends as you bend, and stays put whether you're exercising or in the shower. this is the tape for you. I change mine every few days--for a shoulder issue--but I could probably go longer if I wanted to. The tape doesn't make my shoulder pain go away, but it does provide the area with a gentle and reassuring support. Good product, good manufacturer, good vendor.

Ok. I usually buy a name brand tape for use on a) a trigger finger, and b) and arthritic hand. Sometimes I pull an arm muscle lifting stuff up above my head, so I use it for that, too. I thought I would give this stuff a try. $25 for three rolls. They are precut. They are synthetic, not cotton; synthetic providing better support. (I think, though, polyester would be better than rayon, which this is.) They stick quite well. Maybe better than my usual tape. But......the edges fray badly. It is really annoying. And because of that I find myself changing the strips more often than I would with my usual tape. Like every day. Also, the little honeycomb design on them is NOT woven in. It is placed on. Meaning it comes off. In pieces. It essentially is a bit of fluff the manufacturer added on which is basically useless. So I would not recommend this tape. Edit: Added picture. the tape has been on my hand three hours. You can see where it frays, and also where the sticky stuff sort of melts onto the skin. I don't know if you can see the honeycomb peeling off.

Good value, but they are so thin I have to use two (one over the top of another). Also, they’re difficult to peal off the paper, and the worst part... is they leave glue marks whenever you take them off that you have to scrub and pumice just to get the glue off of your skin. Would NOT purchase again and would NOT recommend these. Learned my lesson, you get what you pay for 🤷🏻‍♀️ (I’ve used many brands and these absolutely SUCK)

I've always used KT brand tape, which stays on for three to 4 days. I thought I would try this because I liked the neutral color. Most of the time, it didn't stay on solidly for even one round of tennis and I would tear it off during the round. I know it's summer and hot, but I never have that problem with KT. I wouldn't buy it again. I will try using it again for tennis in the winter when it's drier conditions. Maybe then it won't peel off. I still have lots of it left.
