For the eight men in the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, "brotherhood" is literal: they're all sons of jazz legend, Phil Cohran. Now grown, as they play their blend of jazz and hip-hop, collaborating with Mos Def and Prince or wowing a music festival-they find their father's values constantly tested.
If you like Hypnotic Brass Ensemble you will LOVE this documentary. It was informative and heartwarming. I didn't want it to end. I wanted to see more of their individual lives; however, the documentary is very enlightening. I'm grateful I have it.
